Fantastic experience: My experience at GameStop was incredible! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed and were attentive to my questions. Negative experience: I have never seen someone close the store during business hours to just hop in his car and leave. At first I noticed the sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes. He then walks into the store and I follow behind but had locked the door behind him and pointed for me to read the sign. Well it's been 20 minutes and he just leaves the store and hops into his car and pulls off. Glad I'm not from around here if this is how business is ran. What a joke!
Negative experience: Bad customer service. Staff doesn't care about clients. Just trying to get you out of the way. I wouldn't go back to that store again!

Negative experience: This Gamestop is a Joke. I haven't been to a Gamestop in years and I go here and they told me I couldn't get a game because I didn't preorder. Like they will run out of games like the 2010s. I just walked out and bought it online. I didn't really matter but weird because I didn't give them $5 more dollars I can't get the game.
Fantastic experience: The best GameStop I've ever been too, the manager here is super solid. Been gaming for years and coming to GameStops around the country and this one is the best particularly because of the service and the attention to the customers the staff gives. Recommend

Negative experience: I visited the store to buy a PS5 on Sunday, the employee never greeted me, even though I did, he looked like he didn't want to assist us. I asked for 2 PS5 and their differences, but he seemed like he didn't care. I bought it at the end, because I didn't want to go somewhere else, this is really close from my house, but I will try not to go to this GameStop
Negative experience: Hours say it's open till 8 on Sundays. We came to the store at 7:15 to find a note on the door saying they'll be back in 30 mins. We drove for more than 30 mins to get here. So disappointing the disregard for customers.
Negative experience: Location consistently closes early. Went in tonight (or at least attempted) to do a pickup. I pulled in to the lot at 7:45 and the gates were closed and locked. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Negative experience: Just left the store with no return time. Waste of a drive here.
Fantastic experience: Guys here were friendly and helpful. Had my order ready for pickup when I arrived which was important for me. I ordered online 20mins before closing and it said I couldn't pickup til the next day. Called the store and they were more than happy to pull it and let me grab it that night. May not seem like a big deal but I'm a trucker and usually my time is limited and I'm limited on where I can fit with a semi. I had to leave the area that night so this was the difference from having my Quest 3 now or possibly not for another few weeks or a month until I could get home to a regular vehicle.
Fantastic experience: Love this particular location. Always has the popular games In stock and the workers are very helpful and nice. Ross helped us out and was very sweet.

We were able to have a relatable conversation about gaming--old and new stuff. Their new games are in great condition, with no transit, weather, or box art damage on the cases. I will definitely come back for future releases.

Fantastic experience: Hands down this is THE BEST GameStop. My sons and I shop here frequently. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I’ve purchased collectibles, consoles, games, clothes, etc. from this location and there is never a moment I don’t get insight or recommendations on purchases.

Negative experience: Don't buy their pre-owned Xbox controllers. They don't test them for 1, and 2. They will act like they JUST didn't sell it to you when you return with your receipt letting them know that it's defective. I did this the VERY next day. Just for the girl to say the controller didn't match what was in their system. Ok...that's not my problem. I had a receipt plus the warranty

Negative experience: Very rude and disrespectful younger male in there with neck tattoos, I’m cool with being asked for id to purchase a game. I am not cool with rude smart and nasty remarks then treating me like and idiot trying to explain to me how an id works. It’s a shame they’re management is great every time I go in and are very friendly making me feel welcome but some people just ruin the mood for everybody.

Negative experience: Entered around 5:30 p.m. today. Employees never greeted us as we walked it. Never asked if we needed help. Male employee loudly told a story to other people and didnt offer help. Looked around for a few minutes and then walked out. When we left he was still telling the story. He probably is still telling it to this day.

Negative experience: Lady in there was rude and told us to leave due to covid. We waited outside till the people in there left and weren’t asked to come back in. Then another customer told us we could now go in and once we did, the lady didn’t even greet us. We perused around for a game and we’re not asked if we needed help, which we could have used. Lastly, the lady at the store was complaint and calling a game “trash” in a very negative way. Never had an issue at that store before but that lady was nasty. Hire better people.

Negative experience: I wish I can give no star! We just had worst customer service from 'store leader Noah' he was very rude from the start to the end. My husband wanted to use store credit he had and Noah said just swipe the card, which he did and follow through the payment process. When my husband asked him if credit was taken Noah responds I dont know look at the receipt. The credit was not there and when my husband asked him why he didnt let him know he said he didnt see it on his side and start blaming my husband saying he process payment too fast. Kept blaming my husband with rudeness and no apologies. After few mins he said sorry but still blaming my husband and saying what can he do to make it better. Return the product and start over and stuff. Also he lied saying he apologized from the start and offer to redo the transaction which was a lie... If Noah handle thi situation with better attitude from start it would have cause any issue. Our perfect night has been ruined by his poor rude attitude. *Also like other reviewer watch out for add on. Noah added protection without let us know until my husband ask because it was more than what we expected. He adds add on but dont see credit was taken.

Negative experience: Look at your receipts for add ons! I went in with my teenage son, so that he could get a game that he had been saving his hard earned allowance money for. He knew exactly how much it would cost with tax before going in. I let him handle the transaction as I sat in the background listening, so he could learn how to do things like this on his own. As I sat there, I hear the employee ask him if he wants to upgrade to a deluxe version. My son politely tells him "No" and then has to tell him 2 more times as the gentleman is being pushy. I was proud of how polite he was. Then, he rings him up and my son comes over to me and says that he is short and doesn't understand. I go to the register to see that "Matt" the employee has added on "insurance/warranty" without asking him. In all my years of shopping at GameStop, they have always asked first. When I ask "Matt" if he asked him, he says that he used the "assumptive approach". Why would you assume he would say yes to another add on when he has told you No already 3 times on another add on sale. I ask his manager if this is how the store operates. The manager takes it off the ticket, but never apologizes to me or my son. Both the manager and Matt, should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of my son like that. No telling how many people have gotten the warranty added on off "the assumptive approach". That's called lying and stealing where I'm from. I will never go to this store again because you have thieves working there. Please double check your receipts before you leave the store!

Fantastic experience: It was easy to find everything my sons needed. They got in there got what the wanted and we were out. Well organized and clean. The cashier was alone so the line was a little long. She was very friendly and made sure she advertised add ons and warranties with every sale. I will definitely use this location more often.
Negative experience: I paid for a game + shiping, I got the wrong game delivered and they did NOTHING to fix what they screw up, they wanted me to go to another store to get what i paid to get delivered to my house, AVOID this place...!!!!
