Negative experience: I came to trade in my old Switch for a Switch 2 and it was super busy, so I just waited around for a while since only one guy was working. After a while though, I decided to just leave and go somewhere else, because that employee was being crazy rude to just about every single customer that came up to the counter. He was clearly in a bad mood, and was actively being short and unhelpful to the customers. one guy asked for the district manager's number, and the employee just responded that he didn't give out his number, and wouldn't follow up with anything like where the guy could go instead or what could be done. Another customer he was very nice to until the customer declined the Pro membership, then he went back to his awful attitude. I did hear that his name is not Brandon, but he didn't offer up his name either. I'm just going to go to Game Xchange, I don't really want to deal with that.

Negative experience: I preordered perfect order from this location as soon as it was made available then when I picked up my product I didn’t get the Gengar promo but some did! I won’t preorder from this location ever again!

Negative experience: Manger was super rude The manager and one of the employees were just kind of talking to each other in the store And I was walking around the store, browsing some of the Pokémon cards and I had made a joke saying Hey, I get it. My coworkers pissed me off too, trying to lighten up the mood nothing derogatory, nothing rude and the manager said this is a A B conversation, bud. I got his name is Paul very disrespectful and clearly had a problem that I was in there do better GameStop

Fantastic experience: Brandon at the Siegen Lane location is phenomenal. I have never experienced someone with so much patience. We were in the store the day after Christmas and the store was full of customers with Brandon as the only employee working. He remained calm and handled each and every customer with care. I would like to give him a major shout out. Customer service was unmatched. He assisted us with trade ins and the purchase of our new PS5!!

Positive experience: Staff spent too much time chatting with the customers and missed out on an impulse buy. To cut on cost, there was only one employee staff member. There must have been a promotional going on, for there was a line early in the morning. If that was the case, should've had an extra staff to handle the promotional line. Instead, they had an excessively chatty one.

Negative experience: A week before the Switch 2 released I spoke with maybe the manager to ask about their stock and when they’ll go on sale. He dodged the question multiple times and just reiterated to me that they’d have enough to sell all through the night around 11 pm the night before release. I queued in line at 11 around the time they started selling for walk ins to a small but lengthy line. At around 1 pm this same man told me that they were sold out. He wasted my time by lying and telling me they’d have enough, over exaggerating their stock and not giving me a set number. He invited me to come back later in the week and call about availability because they’d be ordering more to arrive within a few days but i’d rather not give them any of my business based on this interaction.

Negative experience: The controllers are stupid, once you buy a controller and then get warranty you can only replace it with a pre owned. I got a per owned, and the joystick broke.

Negative experience: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I literally just left. Walked in, 2 associates standing behind the counter. No one acknowledged us, spoke, NOTHING! My girlfriend had to speak to them and when she did, the young lady still didn’t speak and the guy spoke bad as if no one was supposed to speak at all. Get a job new job if you don’t like interacting with people! Yall really get NO stars!

Negative experience: Bad customer service. I was standing in line with no one in front of me for a couple of minutes trying to buy some things for my son. The worker just looked at her computer and didn’t acknowledge me at all. The worker, Sarah, then reaches out her hand and says nothing. Not the best way to help a customer. Then I asked if they had military discount and she said no. Which I know is a lie because it’s on their website. She then asked if I wanted to renew my pro membership but I declined because of the way I was treated. I will definitely not return to this game stop.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Every time I go to shop here; Hours of operation are never accurate. I’ve experienced at least two times where the lights are on and the sign “OPEN” is lit, i can see two people inside & the door is locked. I don’t even get an acknowledgment from them, i know they clearly see me thru the full glass door.

Fantastic experience: Ever since my son started getting into video games a few years ago, this Siegen Lane GameStop has been our spot. As a busy dad, I appreciate that it's always so neat and organized in there - it makes our trips in and out quick so we don't spend all afternoon browsing. But the employees clearly love what they do and are always so patient with my son’s countless questions. Some of my favorite memories have been made sharing gaming experiences at places just like this location. In this digital age, it's nice to have an local shop run by people passionate about bringing communities together through play. This GameStop will always be our reliable neighborhood gaming stop.

Fantastic experience: I only gave this 5 stars because of Adrian. The only AWESOME employee/manager. The only reason my husband and I come to this location is because of Adrian, the store manager. If he left, we would not come because he is the ONLY nice, friendly, helpful associate/manager. Everyone else sucks. When we walk in the store they are focused on their work or even standing around and no one(besides Adrian when he’s working) says hello. Now when Adrian is there, everyone else acts like a suck up and want to be friendly because the manager is there. Demetricus sucks, he is one of the ones that really only speaks when Adrian is there. Austin suck. You could walk through the door, he’ll look at you-not even say a word, and go about his business of standing there. There’s another guy too who won’t even open his mouth or engage with you. I mean if I worked around games I would never stop talking and engaging customers but that’s just me.

Fantastic experience: This is the store with all your gaming needs. Not much mode to say to that. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Just wouldn't recommend trading in your games there but no problems buying used games for sure.

Positive experience: Everyone here is very nice and very knowledgeable, but it does feel a bit pushy from time to time. The game selection is vast, and it's always fun to see what new think geek or special edition items they have in stock when I stop by. Never been a time they've not been able to answer a question regarding a game, either current or classic.

Positive experience: They don't honor the warranties on purchases. I purchased a new xbox1s. Had problems right out of the box. Called in to the store and they told me to proceed with the updates and that may resolve the problem. On the 4th day I called again and they told me that Xbox had a brand new update that was just released. I checked and they did. I work every day and don't have the luxury to play games every day. So by day 7 I did the update and it still did not fix the problem.. so I boxed up all my stuff and went to exchange it on day 8. When i enquired about the exchange, I was told that I only have 7 days to exchange an item and to call microsoft. Hence I'm pretty furious. Had I just brought it back the same day instead of following the employees advice, I would have avoided this problem. This issue was resolved in store. There was a miss communication between the staff and they took care of it.

Negative experience: Bought a used PS3 remote. Got home and found it did not work. Drove all the way back to exchange it. Got another remote off the peg but it was more expensive. Clerk told me someone must have checked mine in wrong. I said "So I had to drive all the way back here and I have to pay more?" All she could say was sorry. Manager standing right there checking in an order had nothing to say. Glad the second one worked because I don't plan to bother with them anymore. Amazon all the way.

Fantastic experience: my son loves this store. he gets so excited about trading his old games and getting new ones. the guys that work at this store always know exactly where to find a game and that is very important since we are always in a rush to get in and get what we need. we love game stop.

Negative experience: Not happy. Being a man of color. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any help when I walked in the store. I noticed 3 caucasian customers that came in after I had were acknowledged upon entering. Not making a purchase tonight !
