Negative experience: Worst place to buy from. They only have a 30 day exchange policy and your screwed and have to wait on the manufacturer to do anything about repairs or replacements.... go to Wal-Mart or best buy. They'll take care of you!!!!

Negative experience: Came in last week and was the only person in the store. I asked for help and the individual acted as though I was asking them for 1 million dollars. They couldn’t have been more disgusted in asking to open a locked case that contained a USED OLED switch. Did they think a little woman was going to rob them? I don’t know, but I’ll take my business elsewhere and so should you.

Positive experience: I ordered a game online, to pick up in the store. There was 1 employee with a line of customers, and a ringing phone. That's how things are now. All of the customers were patient, and I got my game. The person behind me was incredibly too close to me. I could feel him breathing on me. It was gross.

Negative experience: Been in line for 15 mins. Watching one transaction if my son didn't want this game so bad I'd be gone.

Fantastic experience: Whenever I'm in doubt about a product I go here and I find it. Superb customer service.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars to this particular GameStop I would. I’m from out of state and visited the store 1/16/22 while at a youth hockey tournament. I picked up an extra Xbox controller and saw a new nhl 22 game dropped down to $30 from the normal $60 price and grabbed it. At the register the worker pulled off the price tag, scanned my items and I payed for my purchase and left. Later on I found out I was charged the full $60 price for the game. Employee never mentioned a word, just kept it nice and shady…

Negative experience: Asked if they could save a hoody for me for someone for Christmas and refused to save it causing lose in business.

Positive experience: Tried to buy hard copies of game and support brick and mortar stores but they didn't have any of the 3 games I was looking for due to shipping errors.

Positive experience: This Gamestop store is much better than what was (is) in the mall at Marketplace. Its larger much more room and not crowded. Staff have always been very friendly with me every time I have been shopping there.

Negative experience: Since my boyfriend and I reserved limited edition games and controllers and we had no problems since today. I came to a staff and asked for the reservation of pokemon switch lite edition and a staff said that they cant preorder anymore. My boyfriend searched and found the proof that preorder is still available. They played dirty with me in which isnt cool. Some other gamestop in different states able to reserve even it's getting close. They offered me the other way. They stated that I had to pay in full for reservation of delivery. In usually, we pay $20 way before the date of release then later on that day, I pay in full next time. I will update to 5 stars if staffs improve themselves and listen to customers.

However, a few years back, one of the employees asked one of my friends (a girl) if she even knew what DLC was when she was buying some games and said she didn't want map packs, so that was disappointing.
