Negative experience: Man nobody at this store ever wants to answer the phone when you go in you have to practically be for help so super rude people if you don’t want to Be in the business of helping other customers, you shouldn’t work there go flip burgers or something

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and go to Best Buy. Customer service is almost nonexistent and they will not except returns on defects. Best Buy had a cheaper price by $30 and they will help you with a smile.

Negative experience: Ive Been there at least 5 times to pick up a pre order and they always have a sign on the door saying they will be back, and they never show back up. Just sat outside for two hours waiting for it to open back up, and they never did. This is during normal hours when they say they are open.

Negative experience: Discrimates against the disabled. 90°F inside, no A/C for MONTHS, despite having customers that are children, elderly, or immune-compromised. Employees are nice, but they are all anxious, overworked and ignored, it seems. Call Ky Labor and Better Business Bureau.

Negative experience: Bought a controller that didn’t work and shorted out my machine , bought a game and they never put it in the sleeve. Now I’m out on the game the controller and the machine.

Negative experience: We purchased a controller with a one year warranty. When the controller malfunctioned less than 60 days after we purchased it we took it back for exchange as covered on our warranty. Then we find out GameStop changed our warranty AFTER we paid for it. I can understand changing a policy going forward but changing it retroactively is just bad business. This negative review has nothing to do with the friendly and helpful employees in this location but the unethical business practices at a corporate level. I can assure everyone that I will not be using GameStop going forward and I encourage you to avoid this company as well. Their warranties and ethics leave much to be desired.

Negative experience: This store did not honor it's pre-preorder list for PS5. Don't take customers names down and tell them they have priority over everyone else when the preorder for PS5 drops and then denying that there was no such list when you drop the ball. At least own up to making the mistake.

Positive experience: The staff here are great. Very knowledgeable and personable but the store itself is small and it's about 70% memorabilia and 30% games. That in itself isn't uncommon for a Gamestop store but for this location, it's small space make it really feel like a novelty shop.

Had nothing I needed in the accessories this location has nothing but idiots that work there poor attitudes and not a great place to go recommend going to a different location as this place sucks if I could give it No stars i would thanks for stealing my money

Fantastic experience: Came in today with a old controller that had a charging port problem. Samuel suggested I trace in toward a new controller to get $11 off plus another $7 off for trading PS4 controller for PS4 controller. I picked a new one of a top self along the wall because it was priced $44.99. It rang up $64.99 but since the sticker said $44.99 he honored it along with my other discounts. He then suggested a $10 warranty on the controller which I normally decline but since all the discounts were honored and applied I purchased the warranty. Excellent job Samuel! I'm a GM and I would've done the same thing. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable as I am new to PS4. I have Xboxes but bought a PS4 for Days Gone.

Negative experience: This is why I don't usually buy games at GameStop. Went in today to buy a NEW nintendo switch game for my daughter, they put the cartridge in a previously opened holding case and put a piece of tape on the case. When I got home to get the cartridge out it was obviously USED, there were mini scratches on the cartridge and the sticker art was slightly worn. Paid new price for a obviously used game. The game works fine but I got shafted on paying full price for a supposedly 'new' game. Oh well, lesson learned.

Negative experience: My brother went to purchase a game last night and arrived at 8:30 when you clearly are open till 9 and you all told him you sometimes close early to get things done? I've worked for many Stores in my life time and We have never been allowed to close before our actual closing time. We will be filing a complaint with manager and corporate when you are here to serve customers that's what you are to do.

Positive experience: Was able to pick up the last Collector's Edition of Battle for Azeroth at this location. My buyer's remorse has nothing to do with this review. It's in a convenient location and is a fairly standard GameStop.

Positive experience: Bought a game for my son for Christmas on Amazon and the butthead bought it for himself two days before Christmas. Of course nobody would let me return it. Gamestop allowed me to exchange it for another game. The only problem i had was that they wanted me to unwrap the plastic and come back another day because they were afraid it was stolen which didn't make sense. At least it wasn't a total loss. Thanks game stop.

Negative experience: I usually love Gamestop but today, not so much. Apparently having money and being in the store doesn't make you a Customer. My boys saved enough to buy their own gaming system, then with the 3 of us standing there we were told 1 per Customer. Ummm there are 3 of us and no sign saying you have to be 18 to buy one. We got the systems but could have been spared the guilt trip. If they weren't excited and using their own money and the system we would have saved our 1,000 bucks and gone somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: I feel like a kid in awe of all of the superhero merchandise that gamestop sells. I am usually never disappointed with much of anything about gamestop. Sometimes products sell out way too fast for me but I guess I could keep a better eye out for the type of products I enjoy. These guys allow customers to pre-order their products also. What is there to complain about? Maybe just the long check out line. Not too bad in my book!

Negative experience: I've never had any great experiences at any GameStop in Louisville, but this store is ok. The staff is a bit arrogant, (never ask me if I need help) but they have a good selection as far as new gen consoles and games. The store is clean but the layout is very odd and over crowded. Not a bad store just could be a lot better. Does anyone else miss when it was FunCo. Land? And why do people still try and have you reserve games that will never sell out? Ha..I learn my lesson with that "Last of Us" season pass.

Positive experience: One of the best retail experiences of my life. Being new to the Playstation platform, I was looking to buy some simple and engaging games. Negative experience: For a place that sells products that you can get online for less than or the same price their customer service is highly lacking.
