Positive experience: Kind of friendly atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Went there for pokemon tcg because I was in the area. I typically frequent the McKnight store. But this was a nice store. They had good stock of things. The girl working at the time was very helpful and greeted everyone as they came in, asking if they needed any help, including myself. She even helped he get an extra 5 dollars off using my points. Great experience. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Im an old dad and went to buy a preowed ps4 for my daughter. Since it's her first step in the gaming world, and neither my daughter or myself know a lot about this, I had quite some questions.The young lady at the counter was very helpful and polite. She answered all my questions and even reinitialised a preowed PS4 which took 3 hours. The ps4 works well, and came with all as advertised. The lady explained the return policy (7/30 days) clearly and as I said was very helpful. We also bought a couple of games of which I had to clean one to make it work but up to now, I cant say anything bad about the products and service.

Fantastic experience: One of the managers there, Adam, is there most days that I come in. Half of the time I'm just browsing to see what's there since I like to collect physical copies of games. Adam always knows something about whatever I pick up and is a great resource to talk about what a game is like or if I'd like it. I, like many, have been shopping at Gamestop since I was a kid and I've never come across someone that knows as much as him. He's very friendly and isn't pushy, but did convince me to get a PowerUp Rewards card, so he's definitely good at doing his job!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always super chill. They've always been super helpful to me anytime I've had problems or questions in general. Usually have some pretty cool merch and collectibles, more stocked than some other gamestops I've visited.

Fantastic experience: They will price match competitor prices, if they can be verified online. Plus you can earn points toward future purchases. Great selection! Very knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time in this location a couple days ago to pick up a game and it was great! Adam was very helpful, was able to answer any questions I had and even shared some info about a new release in the future that I never heard of prior to that date. I even pre-ordered a game that releases next month and I never preorder. I'll definitely be back! (Obviously!)

Negative experience: Do not buy pre-owned controllers or consoles from this store. I purchased a left Joycon today and the drift is so bad I can't even move to the left in games or on the game select screen.

Negative experience: I have been disappointed by this gamestop to many times to even count. If it Isn’t a pre order guarantee that has mysteriously disappeared. Or a online stock that is drastically different from what is in store. It’s something else. This store is poorly run and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy!

Negative experience: Their customer service line is a joke! They refused to transfer me to a supervisor, stating that they do not have one. Don’t loose your receipt, they will give you the hardest time about reprinting it. It took me three days to get their customer care to agree to email me a copy. It takes almost two weeks to get that. When I called the store they told me they might NOT be able to reprint it. What a con. I called another game stop location, and they told me it was possible to be reprinted, gave me no problems. At first I just wanted it for the warranty on my items. I will be returning everything because of the service they give. This location is dishonest and I will not return. Also, do not expect anyone to try and make it right with you either. This location makes their company look so bad. Save yourself do not shop here.

Negative experience: This place has become a real ripoff. I went in looking to grab a game or two from the used rack oly to find out it was $2 less than a brand new one of the same title and edition. I found similar results on many other titles too. If you buy online, you can avoid tax and it more than makes up for the lousy used discount. So bottom line is you get new for less than used. It is such a scam.

Fantastic experience: This has been my primary game stop since 2003. Workers here are definitely gamers and are well knowledged in everything they sell. If you are a parent amd dont know whats what... Just ask... They will even give age appropriate game advice. They will also ask for ID for restricted games (a practice I rerely see anymore). They will let you know if a new system or game is coming out instead of buying something that will be obsolete soon or if a sale or price reduction is coming up. They also stand behind their used games 100%.

Positive experience: I usually abhore a visit to GameStop. The company employs predatory practices upon it's customers and even worse with it's employees; Google GameStop circle of life. So, when I have to stop, on that off chance they have something cheaper than anywhere else online, and I can't wait for two day shipping, this is the brick and mortar I go to. Aside from the standard selection that most every other shop has, they have an excellent toy section. My daughter loves the stuffed Pokemon plush selection here as well; which are just pricey, not GS's fault. So, if you are like me and get a little physically sick in your mouth at the thought of visiting GameStop, try this place, it may help. Unfortunately, you will still be upsold on the air you are breathing etc., Nothing to do about that.

Positive experience: Selection is so-so and the prices are steep. Maybe twice a year I am impressed with an offer available. Pro membership does not lower the prices of used games enough to make a big difference, and there are no discounts on new games unless the store is specifically having a sale. I have also noticed that the staff struggle to answer my questions, so I generally just look up the answers myself. If you're looking for toys or collectable items, you're going to be pleased that half of the store is devoted to it.
