Negative experience: Had a terrible experience. The cashier was incredibly rude to me, and quite frankly it felt targeted. I hope that cashier learns better customer service quickly. I left before I made my purchase.

Negative experience: My preorder never transferred to store after my original store closed, and they cheated me out on $13 I spent on the preorder once they started processing the order. I ended up getting the game after 2 weeks, but it wasn’t worth the drama. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. My son-n-law bought a digital code from this store for my grandsons birthday. He brought it home and tried to activate the game on my grandson's brand new switch. The code was barely legible and could not read it. It finally told them they had exhausted all the tries to enter the code. He took it back to Gamestop to get them to help and they said it wasn't their problem that he would have to contact the manufacturer. And it was Gamestop's scrappy printer that didn't print the code properly. So now my son-n-law is spending his afternoon trying to get in touch with customer service to see if they can resolve the issue. I will not set foot back in that gamestop. A $30+ game and they did want to make good even though the game was just bought there shortly before.

Negative experience: Back in April, I went to pre-order the Nintendo Switch 2. After waiting in line and finally getting inside the store, the employee told me I couldn't place the pre-order unless I signed up for a GameStop Pro membership. Seriously? What kind of shady bullshit policy is that? Begrudgingly, I signed up for the unnecessary membership and fully paid off the console that same day. Fast forward to the midnight launch. I arrived two hours early to be first in line, hoping to grab my console quickly and make it in time to pick up my wife from work. The release was set for 11 PM, and she gets off at 11:30. Once inside, I handed the employee my receipt, only to be told I hadn’t paid off the console. I calmly explained that I had, but instead of resolving it, they told me to step aside so I wouldn’t hold up the line despite being the first one there. I ended up waiting while more than 15 people went ahead of me before they finally gave me my console. Easily the worst customer experience I’ve had. The employees were clearly untrained and couldn’t care less. I even contacted GameStop Corporate about the situation, and they were just as unhelpful. Bottom line: avoid this GameStop location if you value your time and sanity. You’ll have a much better experience literally anywhere else. You’re welcome...

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome place I think the guys name was Dillan Rojas he was just a chip off the old block let me tell you. Very knowledgeable about every game I asked about I came in there about Funko pops and he found me a Shenron that was out of this world I had been looking for it for a while the only bad thing was i couldnt make a wish on all the dragon balls but all that said, what a swell little guy he was! He had a lot of knowledge about anime but I found he was only at like episode 200 of one piece so I really couldn't talk to him much about that but he knew a lot could not ask for a better assistant manager on staff he's has made me feel welcome at every GameStop he's been at and has even made me want to travel to mobile just to shop!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Christina was amazing at helping me find the game I needed! She even let me take a moment to step away and think about something else I couldn’t quite remember. She was super patient and understanding while I figured it out. Negative experience: I bought a game for $20 and went to trade it in two weeks later, and they offered me a whole 90 cents. Along with the MANY other issues I've had with this terrible company, I'm just done with them. Now I know how they stay afloat. Scamming their customer base.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. As a Veteran I hold a certain amount of integrity. Upon walking into this GameStop to purchase 2 Nintendo switch games and a memory card. The cashier BILL was very indifferent with me from the beginning. With little help I still bought the 2 games and card with my debit card. After the transaction was finalized, I simply ask BILL for change for a $20 bill. He says sure, I hand him the $20 he looks at it, puts it to the light. Then throws is on the table and says it’s fake (I just pulled cash out the ATM). Me being taken aback I stumble my words trying to explain to him that it’s real and that he should use the counterfeit pen on the register and he proceeds to pick up the telephone and calls the cops. The look of anguish and disgust I saw in this clown BILL face as he was calling the cops on me was unbelievable. I took my belongings and just left considering I didn’t want any confrontations. But after the fact I wish I had stayed and stood my ground. I will never be going to this GameStop again. I called the GameStop customer support and reported this incident but I hope all my brothers and people who stand for unity to never go to this establishment again especially if BILL is there.

Negative experience: The employee was extremely rude when asked questions and would rather talk to friends instead of checking out customers. Was very displeased with the service, its been a bit since I been to GameStop and honestly I don't think I will be back. I stepped in to buy the new Pokémon scarlet on Friday November 18 simply asked if they had it and was barraged with sarcastic comments and rudeness that was unnecessary.

Negative experience: Waited in like today for the Black Friday restock only to see the staff allow once customer to walk out with almost all of the stock. Had multiple trips to grab PlayStation 5s. Completely unacceptable behavior when those same consoles will be listed online for twice the price tomorrow. Either ignorant staff of the companies polices or getting a cut back from the scalpers.

Fantastic experience: Well, had to hide before a gun went off and a child was shot in the foot. If an accident, why was a gun pulled from a purse when a domestic fight took place? I just happened to say hi to the 2 women and children. I'm retired and handicapped so could not run out of the store. I would have been trampled. Had to hide at the checkout register and now I am stoves up!

Fantastic experience: My son insists on going their all the time. Great customer service. Every time I go they always are helpful.. I can go there and tell them what he's wanting for birthday or Christmas and give them his list they will tell me about the product if it's appropriate for him and if they don't have an item they will try to get it or find it for you. Now that's service especially for a mom who doesn't know much about games or systems.

Positive experience: I went to this gamestop with my boyfriend and the girl acted like she knew stuff when she clearly didn't, if your not sure don't say anything.. I don't know if the same employee's work there so I gave them three stars because of that. I never went back to this gamestop the one on moffett is way better and the one by the mall, also the one by the mall has more pop's!!
