Negative experience: It is 11:15 on Saturday. I'm trying to pick up a game I preordered and no one is in the store . Their business hours say they opened an hour ago.

Negative experience: Guess they close the store and take breaks said they were open but the sign written posted on the door says closed from 4-430 guess posted business hours are subject to change

Negative experience: Went to the GameStop located on Halls Mills rd and the guy working acted like he did not want to be there at all. Only customer when I first walked in. Never spoke and ignored me when I said hello. Looked around for a game that I couldn’t seem to find and he just stood there staring in space. Will not go back to this location!

Negative experience: Definitely felt sorry for the young lady who opened up the store by herself w/ more than 10 customers waiting in line. She didn't know anything about GameStop and I couldn't believe she worked there. I walked out the line and out the door instead of waiting for help she obviously couldn't give. Educate employees on the job and the store so they can actually give customers better service and sell your products.. duh!

Negative experience: I was searching for a play station 4 game police simulator patrol officers. I went to 2 other game stops and couldn't find the game. Then I came to this store and found the game case on the shelf and went to pay for the game. But the cashier searched for the game and then told me im sorry we don't have the game in stock. Well then why was the game case on the shelf if they didn't have the game. Very disappointing I was looking forward in playing the game when I got home. But I ordered the game on Amazon and it's coming Thursday September 7th. The cashier was a ditz.

Negative experience: Botched up my pre order. Had a pile of boxes with the game in it that no one had touched, this was at 1pm mind you. Told me to come back the next day. Was pretty excited to get my hands on the game and it just turned into a bad experience. I don’t believe they have enough staff to handle the whole store.

Negative experience: TLDR; Pros: Store was clean Cons: Sales being advertised in store were old, associate also had an attitude and blamed everything on previous shift and store as a whole. Came in to buy a few games, saw they were advertising 4 for 40$ used. The sale was posted in several places around the store, so I assumed it was still going on. Upon getting to the counter to pay I was informed that the sale was not going on anymore. Okay no biggie, but I asked anyway why the signs were still up out of curiosity, and that was a mistake. The young sales associate went into a speech about how the previous shift didn't do anything, and a lack of training hadn't prepared them for such a job, and so on and so forth.

Negative experience: Bad customer service and attitude! This was on Saturday 10,2022 at 1:00. He did not ask to help us! Then my grandson , who is 5 had a bathroom emergency and I saw the bathroom and he could not wait so he went in the restroom , as I held the door open ! Anyone could here or see but he as a 5 yr old couldn’t wait! The salesman came and told me I was not allowed in there! I explained that I was sorry but it was an emergency for my grandson and as he could see with the door open ! I apologized and he proceeded to tell me I could be in “trouble”! I am 63 , with my grandson! I understand rules but emergencies happen! He was very rude! I will not go back to this Gsmestop! His name was Gabe!

Negative experience: We were so excited we finally got a PS5 we wanted to start playing after work. We went to get an extra controller, headsets, and a couple games - we got there at 8:28pm on Tuesday the doors were locked. We waited about 15 minutes but just left. Big bummer...

Fantastic experience: Idk remember the guys name but he went above & beyond to help me. Honestly I was shocked at how much he was willing to help me. He needs a raise or to become manager. That is how customer service should be done! Been to Gamestop in Atlanta, Tampa & Mobile, AL. This one off Rangeline in Mobile near Tillman's Corner was the best experience ever. Props!

Negative experience: Everytime I go to game stop they give me a messed up disc, they dont even check to see what condition pre owned game is in they just give it to you and I have to take it back everytime gamestop you have to do better play and talk is much better they always clean your disc before purchase.

Negative experience: I simply use them for price checking. I have had bad issues regarding putting money down on a game in the past and have been cheated out of my money. If I see a game on ebay brand new. I check gamestop price. And buy it elsewhere. I'll never again support this establishment.
