Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, one employee invited me to hold the chair at his nephews bah mitzvah!

Fantastic experience: Snail and Brandon are the best employees there, honestly need to be store mangers.

Negative experience: If I could give it half a star I would. Today I showed up around 2:10. The stores closed, a line of people, and customer service is no help. I recommend that the district or regional manager get involved because this is ridiculous. If someone wanted to, they could've broken in and tossed the place.

Negative experience: On today’s date 9-09-2025 I arrived at 6:45pm to a store that is closed. This is the third time I have arrived at this store constantly being closed for no reason whatsoever. No longer investing in these stores and withdrawing my stocks.

Negative experience: This place is so mid, they keep the door locked for 5 hours every day

Negative experience: Stood in line for a TCG release and was blatantly skipped when the employee was handing out tickets for the product. I was bypassed and the ticket was given to the person behind me when I was obviously in front of the other person with my hand raised. Spoke up and asked the employee how I was skipped and he responded that the tickets were already handed out. This is completely unfair especially considering the time and effort to fairly secure my spot in the line. The person behind me was obviously friends with the employee.

Positive experience: You can get almost any game you want, or pre-order if needed. Able to catch sales here and there as well. Kids definitely like looking around at the trinkets and shirts of characters from the games they play. But they fuel our addiction, and we are fine with it.

Negative experience: Came by to get a game an the young girl closed the store 4 minutes early and wouldn’t let us in.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Game Stop I have ever shopped. And with two sons and an ex husband that was military, I have been in many Game Stop stores. Chad, the manager, has impressed me so much with his supervisory skills that I've tried to get him to come work with me. Which, he would not even consider because he's extremely loyal. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and helpful, too. The store is always neatly organized and I always find exactly what I want within minutes of entering the store. I could go on and on with compliments.
