They all know the games they sell, can give really good recommendations and have a nice stock of used games. It’s a quieter game stop, which is why I go here!!

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Kosei for exceptional customer service. I had to kill 45 minutes, and Kosei treated me like a priority the entire time. In addition to doing his daily responsibilities, he answered all my questions, suggested products, and was just genuinely engaging on shared interests. Even though I only bought one thing, Kosei took the time out and demonstrated some next level service. I know that other locations are bigger and have more products, but you can't put a price on having people in the shop that are just fun and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back

Fantastic experience: The sales reps are always helpful and know their stuff, when it comes to gaming questions. We own 3 gaming systems and the reps always seem to be familiar with each game and are great for helping find games that fit the genre we like to use.

Fantastic experience: I have come to this location twice in the past week and have seriously had the absolute BEST customer service I have seen in ages (I am a store manager for another company so I know customer service) Kyle is a seriously down to earth person and easy to talk to and just helpful beyond belief. I’ve never been a fan of GameStop but employees like Kyle are what makes me a fan and a forever customer as long as he is with the company! Thanks Kyle!

Negative experience: Bad service was waiting for 30 minutes plus, guy kept answering phone calls and not helping people in store. Should I just call right when I walk into the store to actually get help Had one guest in front of me I would recommend not shopping at this location. What should have taken me 5 minutes took more then 30. Then when I finally got helped the game wasn't in stock they had a display case out with no game at store or warehouse. Employee was Jessie again bad service not coming back

Negative experience: I place some pre orders for a few pops back in. The summer and they still haven’t showed up. Game stop told me to call the corporate, corporate told me it was the stores problem. Called the store and still nothing, they asked me to check again in a few days. I wouldn’t pre order anything from this store, my husband has the same issue with his preorders.

Fantastic experience: Best customer service I've received in ages at any GameStop. The staff was knowledgeable, quick, and took care of me and my family's needs with ease. The store was clean and inviting, a welcome departure from previous management. I honestly can't recommend GameStop enough to friends and family if stores like this are set up to be the new standard. The only thing I ask from management in the future would be an increase in highly sight after goods like trading cards and video game systems.

Negative experience: Hours say they close at 8pm on Sunday online and on the door. Its 7:55 and the gates closed and the door is locked up. Nice

Fantastic experience: I keep giving GameStop my business despite being able to get things easily online for these reasons: Having the cartridge or disc let's me return the cartridge or disc. Whatever games you like, someone who works there has played the games or others in the genre and will be able to suggest fun new experiences. Their points/rewards system gives extra credit for usually a better deal. Great place, great people, great video games. They've earned my business and will continue to get it.

Fantastic experience: This GS has a bunch of people who truly have a passion for their work. Their store manager is really nice and always happy to help. It has the usual 2017 onwards GS atmosphere with q little too much space dedicated to figurines and plushies but that isn't a fault of the managers or workers, rather the company itself.

Fantastic experience: I bought a refurbished xbox one at another location but the controller that came with it ended up being broken so I came to this location because it was closer to me. They didnt have the same controller I needed and the girl at the counter upgraded it to a new one at no cost. She tried finding the same one at other locations but I just didnt want to have to go driving around for a controller. She accommodated me and it was totally appreciated. Thanks!

Negative experience: I purchased a used Xbox here, it wasn’t working properly so I returned it within 2 weeks of purchase and I wanted to exchange it but they attempted to use the additional 1 Year warranty I purchased instead of using the return/exchange damaged consoles within 30 days standard warranty. I found that ridiculous so I just returned it entirely and was refunded for both console and unused additional warranty. I will consider trying this location again because I think the employee may have been new.

Positive experience: Always very friendly and helpful employees. They have a very good selection of used games. One thing I have noticed though is they have really raise the price on their use games over the last couple years and sometimes it's to the point where you can go online on the Amazon and buy it brand new for what they're charging used. They also try pressuring you into an extended warranty on every single thing you buy. Personally I don't think you need warranty on a game disc that's probably not going to get scratched if you take care of it.

Fantastic experience: The employees were friendly and very helpful. Picked up the PS4 VR for a great price. Saved $200 from Canadian prices, plus no taxes. Was surprised that they were open on Easter Sunday, where almost every other shops were closed that day. Yay!
