Negative experience: Tried to stop in and buy a gift card tonight at 12/14/24 and the worker couldn’t be bothered to stop FaceTiming long enough to greet or help us. It’s not hard to see why retail stores are closing.

Negative experience: I have had good experiences at this location in the past but this time I traded in a few games and without my permission I was signed up for a credit card?? I did not notice until I left and saw a credit card pamphlet in my bag.

Negative experience: My friend and I were just browsing and had accidentally dropped a toy with absolutely no damage, simple accident. The employee, taller, typical older-ish teen with glasses and longer, darker hair got all weird and said something I couldn’t quite comprehend but I’d say something along the lines of the “you break it you buy it” shenanigan. He was very awkward/hostile about it and left us uncomfortable since we had done nothing to bother him and had picked up the toy and put it back. His tone towards us was almost as if he were treating us like children. We left.

Fantastic experience: What a service I called the wrong store and the girl Crystal help me either way that is what I customer service huge applause to this young lady for helping me when she didn't really have to Give me regional manager's email, I'll be happy to send him/her an email. You guys as always treated me so well.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best employee interactions ever from a GameStop with one of the front desk staff that is from Mississippi. He was very knowledgeable about games and he knows great customer service. This guy is absolutely going places and I will for sure be back to shop at this GameStop!

Positive experience: I went into this GameStop a few days ago to get a gift for my son's birthday. I approached the counter to see an underage looking boy with his head dangled down into his phone screen, and it took more than one greeting for him to move his attention away from his game. I asked him about the new pokemon battle royale game and he seemed to not know much of what I was talking about. I ended up finding it on the shelf and purchased it for my son (he loves it btw). The service was okay once the boy who didn't look old enough to have a work permit realized I was in the store. I was slightly off put after seeing a furry tail attached to the back of his pants when he turned around though. May or may not return.

Positive experience: I'm not sure if this location is going to be closed down soon or not, but their inventory was very scarce. Go to the other location in Robinson by Walmart.

Negative experience: Girl with gages working was rude. I understand it's hard to find employees but this is unacceptable. Call being placed to corporate due to treatment. Cultural bias will not be tolerated at all.

Fantastic experience: Had a horrible experience with pre-ordering a game through this gamestop. They gave me the run around 3 years ago and I never got the game or refund. Went In there yesterday explained the situation got my refund in a matter of like 20 minutes

Fantastic experience: As the the original owner of a 2006 Nintendo Wii, I can gladly say that GameStop had great service when I went to buy Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii. Overall, this is one of the better GameStop locations I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to many GameStop stores before, some good and some bad. The GameStop at the Robinson Mall is the best one I've gone to. The Manager and their staff went above and beyond to be helpful in guiding me to the right product selection. If you are looking for a GameStop store that will be honest, helpful and will go above and beyond, I definitely recommend shopping at this location.

Positive experience: GameStop is one of the few stores I frequently travel too. But I don't recommend the Mall location first. Obviously it's a bit smaller, so there's less to discover compared to the location by Walmart. It's not bad, not great, just kinda average. If your in the mall it's still worth a visit if your shopping for games, but don't go out of your way to go to this one, when the one next to Walmart is much bigger, with more room to browse and more things to discover.

Negative experience: If I could give less than one star, I would. We were there this past weekend, Aug. 17 for the trade and play event and when we asked about the details, no one explained that there would be activity kits or a trading book with the store and completely dismissed us. So disappointed and will never go back and will do everything we can to discourage other people from going as well. The employees, manager and regional manager should be ashamed.
