Fantastic experience: Today was one of those days that someone had made my day freaking awesome!! Tyler went way and beyond his time and effort to answer all my questions and even went out his way to call me back after our call dropped 3 times! No else does that now a days and it brings me back to old memories of when customer service skills were superb in the 90s. His communication, social skills, knowledge and punctuality was beyond helpful. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know, but most definitely, ask for Tyler! Your freaken awesome dude, no other gamestop in town has made me this happy, I will most definitely sign up for pro membership and go to Tyler for all my help from now on. Tyler skills and customer service is like superb, almost like In-N-Out and cruise ships. If you like In-N-Out and cruise ship services, this guy is the way to go!

Fantastic experience: Tyler and Drexel are very helpful and friendly. They greet everyone that comes in and they answer all your questions. Very knowledgeable staff. They even look for ways to save you $.

Negative experience: So here's a little background...I've been shopping here for nearly 5 years and for the most part always felt I could trust and feel treated with the most respect by the majority of the employees here at this location...that is until earlier...where all of that was thrown out the window completely...I normally like coming in and looking at the merchandise in the games and all and after about 10 minutes or so, an associate then starts asking me why I don't have a Pro-Membership. I kindly and promptly responded that I don't want to pay $25 a year for a membership as I have other important real-life bills to pay (as well as that I have an all digital Xbox Series S; so therefore what's the point. I buy all my games and stuff on there directly most of the time). The associate then tries to shove the prospect of the Pro-Membership down my throat and then proceeds to say that I only like coming to that GameStop just for the air-conditioning which is completely false (if that were the case I'd just stay home or go to a mall for that matter lol) and not factual. Then to add insult to injury...the associate then basically tells me that I shouldn't just come on and say hi as I do and then tries to argue with me even more. After some unnecessary back and forth...I finally just gave it up and ended up leaving. With all that being said, it looks like I'm not exactly welcome to just say hi, look around at merch and/or shop here anymore. I intend to now take all my business which includes my future gaming pre-orders, DLC, and merchandise online or elsewhere going forward. This is not what I was hoping for and wouldn't wish this on anyone else at all. I don't tolerate any kind of mistreatment. That's all I have to say folks.

Negative experience: Went to trade in one game. The new manager said he would help me after the guy who was there before me. Understandable, I waited 10 minutes, while waiting another customer came in and wanted to buy stuff. He helped him before me, I said, "I thought I was next."He replied,"Just let me ring him up first." Not good customer service, what if it isn't quick and there is a hiccup? I was next, help me first! Horrible service! I'm not going back there again.

Negative experience: Came here at 11 and this big guy with glasses still trying to open the store at 11:30am on a Sunday. All late…. And he just looked at me and walked away. Great customer service for a business that’s going out of business. SAD

Negative experience: The other day I walked into this establishment with my child, Gloffy. He wanted a copy of Endless Ocean for his Wii console. When I asked the employees for this game, we were mistreated and verbally accosted. I have no idea who Nyagh B. Iinary is but they are very rude.

Negative experience: The woman working here unfortunately needs to be updated on company policy. Refuses to process a return because she doesn’t know how and lies about not being able to use tap to pay to issue the refund. Shawn is cool though. Went to the store in fashion faire and was in and out in less than 2 minutes with return issued and refund receipt in hand. Insane.

Fantastic experience: Much better than the Gamestop in my hometown. Service was perfect, as soon as we opened the door we were helped and it didn't take long at all. The staff knew exactly what we were talking about and they even helped us save a lot of money that we would have spent on getting new controllers for my Playstation. Transaction took about 2 minutes and the staff were extremely nice. Overall, a great place to get new games and deals. 10/10 :)

Negative experience: Called to see if they has a game in stock...was told yes. Got to the store and was told the game was on hold and has been on hold for same customer for 3 days . I left store and got home. I then called the store back and asked how much longer they were going to hold that game for. I was told they were holding it till closing. So I then asked to put my name down if it wasn't picked up by closing and was told I had to go into the store to do that. Most frustrating experience with a game stop ever!
