Fantastic experience: Always a great time! I snagged half my Christmas gift lists here. Games and Great stocking stuffers with all the buy 2 get 1s. If Ive got questions, the staff is always helpful and helps find good deals.

Negative experience: Did not go in here for 2 years. Went back in today to give it a second chance. Joe has no idea which PS5 games don't require a log on. Joe was not willing to help. Joe told me to go look on Google. Don't waste your time with Joe. Joe doesn't like to help to make a sale. It'll be another couple of years before I come back in here again

Negative experience: Very dishonest. The sales rep convinced us to get a pro membership for $15, but did not mention that they signed us up for annual auto-renewal and upped the price to $25. The other sales rep seemed annoyed by my questions about merchandise and talked down to us. I haven't been in a gamestop for a few years and this experience is exactly why.

Negative experience: The manager at this location is no good....he's not a good person and if he feels some kind of way towards you even though he doesn't know you. Hell try everything in his power to not help you and on top of that he was getting his employee in trouble in front of me made me feel very uncomfortable

Fantastic experience: Best GameStop in the Fresno area, the manager and the employees handled the midnight release of Pokemon perfectly! Offered everyone at the store snack while we waited! Great experience, 10/10 hospitality!

Negative experience: Where do I start went in to grab a few things for my nephew turning 6 today we were driving around looking for cards for his birthday immediately as I walked in, I was greeted by Taylor or Tyler either way, I got a iffy vibe off the guys as soon as I walked in ask them a few simple questions and was like that like if I was doing something wrong, went to the display wall where it was covered in Pokémon packs I grabbed a few and brought them to the counter, stood there for 4 1/2 minutes while this guy looked at me holding the packs Can I help you I walked up to the counter He immediately said we don’t have those I asked why are they on the wall? He said because we have to display them. And I asked why isn’t there a sold out sign Or you could’ve told me when I was standing here holding the packs in front of your face GameStop is a place to bring family and friends to discover new and old hobbies if you lost that in you and are just there to get paid GameStop needs to do better in their hiring process at least focus and hiring someone who enjoys games and helping others out either way I was gonna make a bigger deal but after reading all these other comments they speak for themselves courtesy and compassion go along way Tyler if you do read this I hope you don’t take this and laugh about it. Just remember where you work at it’s not a Marshalls or a food store it’s a gaming store.

Negative experience: Went in for the Pokemome 151 blooming waters premium collection drop today between 11:15-11:25. Apparently everyone got tickets handed out that were waiting well before opening to avoid long waits and lines. That’s actually a cool idea except when I was there asking if they had any left, a lady with a ticket went in to redeem her opportunity to buy 2 boxes of blooming waters and was asked if she was a pro member and you needed to already prior to purchase, turns out she was not. She asked a random guy in the store if she could use his and the GS employee on duty said it was okay that she was lucky he was good friends with the guy she asked. I’ve been a pro member for 5+ years…. Sucks to see that GS employees prioritize the relationship of their friends over the customers of the store.

Negative experience: Fake advertisement. Waiting in line with what I had saw and thought to be still stocked only for them to tell me they were out of stock. All their packs were gone but they kept the empty cases for those pack on display thinking they still had more. Wasted my time.

Negative experience: Title: Disrespectful Service and Poor Management at This GameStop Location Review: I have been a Pro member with GameStop for years, but my experience at the 3737 W Shaw Ave location convinced me to end my membership. Never have I been treated so poorly by a store representative, especially by someone in a management position. My recent encounter with Joe, the manager, left me baffled and frustrated by the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I visited the store, I brought in an extra piece of paper, intending to dispose of it. When I asked Joe to throw it away for me, his response was shockingly rude. He refused, raising his voice unnecessarily and insisting that I take the paper back, even though it was clear I no longer needed it. The way he escalated a simple request into an unpleasant confrontation was deeply uncalled for and left me wondering if this is how GameStop values its members and loyal customers. Looking at reviews from other customers, it seems that my experience is not unique. Many others have highlighted similar issues with rude service, lack of organization, and overall mismanagement at this location. It’s disappointing to see that GameStop would allow these issues to continue, given how critical customer satisfaction is in today’s competitive market. If you’re considering visiting this GameStop, I would strongly advise going to a different location. This store’s management needs serious improvement in both customer relations and professionalism, and until that changes, it’s simply not worth the time or frustration.

Fantastic experience: I needed a gift and as usual The Last Minute Gift!! I wanted the 30 in 1 game...no where in Fresno!! The I was browsing their website and then asked 60 in 1 and Aiero had it..he had a new one! without a case..he did have the promo case to put the Game in..! Thank you Aiero 5☆'s!!!

Negative experience: Came in to Return a game with purchase receipt and employee Taylor was there with a long face and questioned my Return and asked why I buy the game and Return it. The policy says you bring it back before 7 days no matter what and he said if I keep buying and returning it's fraud and sketchy. Will not buy here again and bad service from this clown.

Negative experience: I went in for an exchange and return and got treated as if I was there to scam them. I had my receipts from the day before new boxes and all and was rudely told I couldn’t exchange for an upgraded mic if I payed the difference and when they exchanged my mic. The big nose guy whom I don’t know his name. Ripped the seals on my new box. As if to say, “you won’t be scamming any other game stops” I was embarrassed.

Negative experience: Hands down worst experience i’ve ever had in a retail setting, rude disrespectful staff that thought it was comical that i was experiencing such difficulties in obtaining my online order that was to be picked up in there store, end result the employee cancelled my order without my knowledge after that call, claims they were missing part of my order, it was only 1 item and it’s still in stock the employee told me it takes 3 days to refund the 500+dollars they took from my bank account, instantly this all took place on christmas eve. I will be sharing my horrible experience anywhere and everywhere possible would hate for this to happen to anyone else

Negative experience: Joe is a horrible manager. He is rude and condescending. I told him I didn't like his attitude and he told me he didn't like my attitude and that I could take my business somewhere else. He also told me not to go to his store on Blackstone where he also manages that store because I would not get a refund either. I informed him I would call corporate and he said he did not care, so I called corporate and filed a complaint on him. Stay away from this very unprofessional manager. He's not going to help you at all.

Positive experience: I shop at Gamestops all the time and honestly they need to have at least 2 employees working at the same time. 1 employee helping a customer just makes everyone in the store have to wait forever for help. I waited 15 minutes for the previous customer to get done so I can purchase a Sony giftcard and 3 other customers were waiting after me for help. Please hire some more employees.

The first time I came here, i bought accessories for a Wii and the shop was being run by a few young men who were very kind and helpful. The second time I went to look around and there was a lady there who was being very friendly and helpful. The customer service at this shop is wonderful and this is my new favorite shop. Family feel!
