Fantastic experience: Love this place

Negative experience: Friendly customer service but out of stock on most of the product that one needs

Fantastic experience: Gamestop was good very first time stepping foot in this location of Fresno. The employee was very respectful and greeted me as I walked in. Help me out when I needed it when I got my pre-order pick up game. I will definitely be coming back to this location, very soon, very clean and very organized inside the store.

Negative experience: They're very rude and kept me on hold for over 10 mins when I asked about trading my console in for a new one, I highly do not recommend the customer service

Negative experience: After going in yesterday may 11th and seeing the Cronus zen hanging on the walls of the GameStop where the PS5 was accessories are, there it was hanging for sale $100+it's crazy how that's a video game cheating device on the walls of GameStop

Negative experience: Prices are outrageous and returning products/merchendise is never a good option because they barely give you anything in return. Last time I visited I had 19 MINT CONDITION Xbox one games and only got $26 in return. And they weren't even old games, most of came out the year!

Fantastic experience: A great game toy store that have cheap little inexpensive games that people can afford. I love it. We went there and spend $500 in Fresno California and in Vegas we spent $200 a couple of months ago. Anything your looking for they will have or look it up for you and even suggest where to go if they don't have it. They always have it though. When we go in there, no complaints. My kids are definitely happy, also my husband and I are definitely thrilled. We'll be coming back for more. Happy Kids, happy Wife, happy Husband. We are Never Satisfied.
