Negative experience: Prices are to high on things that been out forever and that can be found cheaper somewhere else.. plus biting barley in some stores because of them closing down stores ..

Negative experience: The store was empty when I walked in. Had one female employee working. Wasn’t the friendliest. Asked about a system I was thinking about purchasing. Was rude about answering my question. Felt like I was disturbing her when I needed help. Could tell she was annoyed. Definitely not coming back to that GameStop.

Negative experience: Employee lied to me and said “we can’t trade in an item an hour before sale” said it was a policy? called other game stops they said it was a lie

Fantastic experience: This is mine and my Boyfriends favorite place to go! The manager Sam is the best! Would recommend anyone to come here! 10/10

Negative experience: What is wrong with this place? I pre-ordered the new Kirby, they wouldn’t give it to me because I wasn’t part of the power up thing. Showed them the receipt. Then the guy wouldn’t give the poster that is LITERALLY advertised on the GameStop website. Don’t come here.

Negative experience: Do not order products online to pick up in store. They have a broken system and do not receive these orders, and cannot help with the refund process. Their solution, which required a 2 hour conversation with customer support, is to wait 7 business days as it will automatically cancel any orders and issue a refund. I now have to spend additional time disputing this with my credit card company. I, instead, ordered the product through amazon.

Positive experience: A good selection. Fair prices

Negative experience: This locations customer service is horrible. The women that work there rude, snoody and don't know what they're talking about.

Negative experience: Called the store at 11am, associate answered and I asked if they were open to which they replied, "yes" when I asked their hours I was told, verbatim, "uh 11 to 9." I walked around the corner and up to the store hoping to get some shopping done inside while in the area and was met with the doors locked and the cage down. Its been 20 minutes, the cage is still down and nobody has come out

Fantastic experience: Merry Christmas!! Josh was absolutely instrumental in making our son’s Christmas. He helped us understand what we were buying, because we don’t know. He asked us to explain who our son is. That led to an absolute truth telling of a C.I. young man who we cherish. We ultimately bought and spent more than we planned, not because Josh pushed us, it was my idea actually, and Josh made perfect sense of our purchases. $500.00 later, made for a PRICELESS Christmas for our boy. There is no better gift than giving, and if it wasn’t for Josh, this morning of Christmas would never had been so joyous. What a great feeling it is to give. THANK YOU JOSH, SO MUCH. You made our family Christmas!!!! 10 star rating, if there is such a thing! Thank you, Josh! So gentle, and helpful. He is TRULY, one of the good one”s. That’s hard to find these days. Fantastic experience: As a non-gamer, there wasn't very much there that interested me. But I'm not completely oblivious to the fact that the PS5 is in high demand but difficult to find a retailer who has it in stock. and it should be known that they do sell it here in stock. I also learned that they buy your old cell phones at a very reasonable buyback price. I'm also a little onsessed with those Funko Pop figurines, and hey going through each and every box to find what I'm looking for. theirs are perfectly organized, alphabetized and numbered which I also like. And my boyfriend got his PS5. So all around yay.

Fantastic experience: I love how GameStop can still bring out the kid in me after all these years. I ordered a headset online on their website because they were running a sale, got a $99 headset for $75 (Steel series Arctis 5), selected in-store pickup. No issues at all. Plus, on my way there I stopped at a coinstar to change in a bunch if loose change. Did you know you can select an eGift Card for GameStop at coinstar? There's no fees for an eGift Card, either. So every cent that goes in can be spent at the store right away. So naturally I walked out with the headset I ordered and a brand new controller for my Xbox One. The staff were really pleasant, too. Lou handled my transaction, and he was training a new staff member. He was explaining everything very well to his trainee as he handled my purchase and we all had a nice little chat. Thanks GameStop! Bullish!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Website says they offer curbside pick up. However I called LITERALLY 7 times today to try to place an order for pick up for a console and some games and no one ever picked up the phone. They won’t let you order online either. So how is this curbside pick up when my only way to shop is to physically go into the store?

They sold my last pre-order that I wasn't able to pickup on release day, and now I'm trying to change the pickup person on my TLOU collector's edition and can't even get through to someone. If they sell that, I'll never do business with GameStop again, and I'll make sure people I know don't either.

Negative experience: I cant recommend enough not shopping here. And god forbid DO. NOT. PREODER HERE. I have had almost every item I have preordered sold before I could pick it up. They dont call to remind you about releases either. Every single item was sold even if it was 48 hours later. This place is unreliable and a waste of time.

Negative experience: Bought a used PS4 from here, it went bad after two months, brought it back to this GameStop and was offered less than half of what I bought it for even though I was sold a bad PS4. Used products from this store are hit and miss, you never know what you're going to get.
