Fantastic experience: Great service in this store! The girl that runs this location is the best, super knowledgeable and super sweet. The store is very clean and organized. The associate was willing to Bend over backwards to help me, she made sure I got whatever I wanted/Needed. She was willing to Call other stores to make sure they had what I wanted. It’s associates like this that make customers like myself want to travel Into an area like Detroit and walk out with a smile. This is now MY new GameStop, I will drive by the other gamestops in my area, just to get what I want. They have tons of Funko Pops and toys! Thank you.

Negative experience: Just drove a hour away to pick up a game I pre ordered and they close its 6:08 pm online it say 7 and on the door says 7. Very disappointed.
