Negative experience: Tried to stop in around 2pm on a Sunday before Christmas, sign said open until 9pm for holiday hours. Lights on but the doors were locked, nobody answering the phone, no note on the door as to why they were closed.

Negative experience: Nobody answers the phone, sign says "Open" closes at 7pm but gate was down at 5pm Either they were getting robbed or no one feels like working.

Fantastic experience: Christian took the time to listen to my issue and help come up with a solution when I had problems transferring my switch data to the switch 2. Saved me from having to obtain a new switch or erase someone else's data to do it. Great customer service that deserves recognition!

Positive experience: I find myself coming here very frequently nice staff I only come for retro games and they don't have an alright selection for retro stuff idk about new gen or whatever.

Fantastic experience: Christian helped me purchase a new Nintendo switch and was very helpful, especially as I’m not tech savvy. Also helped returning a broken cartridge with no hassle. Great employee and hope to deal with again!! Thank you

Negative experience: Advertised on the official website it’s open at 10am on Saturdays during the holidays. Doors were all locked at 11:06AM. Wasted my time walking here before work

Fantastic experience: The white guy with really long hair must’ve maxed out his charisma. I’ve stopped going to game stop about a year ago due to poor customer service and just all-around bad experiences. This young man’s customer service skills were impeccable not only did we have friendly chitchat but he was very knowledgeable on what I was after this is the type of guy you want to promote and keep around I wish I got his name.

Fantastic experience: Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I came today for a ps5 but they only had bundles in the store, so I had to order it online, unfortunately. Pretty good selection of digital and physical games available. Bought my Switch from here about 2 weeks ago, traded in several games and with the membership got back a good amount of money towards my new purchase. Awesome!

Negative experience: I'm not happy that my husband come into the store to make a purchase and is standing at the counter waiting to be cashed out and a customer comes in and demands that the cashier helps her right away so the cashier leaves my husband standing there and does what she says a line is formed during this time and the cashier proceeded to tell my husband that the line was way back there and that he can't please everyone

Negative experience: My son arrived at this store at 5:30 pm to sale a game system, he stood in line for roughly 20 minutes as the young lady took his game to start the selling process. But at 5:50 pm another employee told him that they were closing the store and he could come back another day. Poor customer service is an understatement.

Negative experience: I bought an item for myself as ThanksGiving gift before ThanksGiving and I found a deal later, so I purchased same item more for my friends and myself and requested return for old one (still brand new, unopened). The sales representative saw my order history and asked how many item I want to return, even I showed him the order number and told him that I only purchased one item for that order but still put the latest order number which means less amount for refund. I called customer service three time, every time I had to wait 15minutes for waiting someone pick the phone. If you bought an item and saw a deal after you received, do not come to this store to return.

Fantastic experience: I swear it's a GameStop thing as a franchise but every worker I've seen on shift here has been fantastic. They're always down to discuss games, and the service is amazing. One worker Victor (sorry if I misspelled it) asked me if I found everything I came looking for and I commented about wanting a certain Minecraft plushie. He told me they were sold out, but when a shipment containing one came in he called me to let me know. I don't think I've ever been that excited about anything in the last 2 years. Truly a phenomenal location, with great people and reasonable prices.

Positive experience: These guys are pretty cool!! Came out to get my son his Xbox about a year ago. I usually put the request online for certain items when I shop for games and they are great with response times via e-mails as well as reminders. There was a small line when I went but it was not that bad. I was able to wait my turn, get my item, pay and return back to the train station in enough time for my bus downtown. The staff are always great so no complaints. Big thumbs up to you guys!!!

Negative experience: Plenty of games to choose from. Prices pretty much the same as most retailers (Amazon, best buy). The main deals are on used games. Alot of items can be found cheaper elsewhere (Walmart), (used gamestop ps4 controller cost the same as a brand new one at Walmart). Don't bother selling your games/systems to them... But it new for $60, they'll buy it back for $20 two days later and then put it back on the shelf for $55. Anything this store sells can be easily beaten and price matched at a target or Walmart or Amazon all day...with a better return policy. Maybe convenient if you don't wanna wait on the mailman.

Negative experience: Prordered something that got there 1.5 months later and then brought in headsets to exchange for new ones but they bent the headset backward to I guess test durability or whatever and cracked in 4 diff spots. Not only they didn't have the headset I wanted they broke my original ones. I go to the GameStop that they says has the headset I want but guess what they can't take my old headset now. I will go to Amazon from now on
