Fantastic experience: Shawn helped us change our switch to the new switch 2 for the trade in. He also served the toddler some secret Pokemon cards to play with while we waited. Great guy who made sure we were well taken care of

Negative experience: Can't explain how disappointed I am. GameStop hung a sign that said they wanted to play Magic the Gathering at 6pm on the 21st. So today I went in with my deck of cards and after sitting alone at a table for about 20 minutes the manager came up to me. Made me feel like I was out of place. Asked me what kind of deck I was using then offered me to use his welcome to Spiderman deck to play against him. With his own deck? Felt like they were politely asking me to leave. Do yourselfs a favor and don't hang up sings asking people to show up then make them feel out of place for wanting to be there.

Negative experience: On Friday 11/21/2025 I took my daughter to the mall. While at the mall, I decided to go into Game stop I asked CAL one of the customer service representatives for a FC 26 game for the for the ps4. He the said mmm that odd. A new one is $43+. I was excited. I took it With no hesitation I went home to play my new game. I open it put it in the ps4. I get an error. Disc not recognizable. I took it out look at it. To my surprise it was for the ps5. I went to one of the other store to exchange it they explained the whole thing. They said said there was nothing they can do. Went to the original store after 3 phone calls. Even though it was the representative fault they wanted to buy the game back for 10 dollars all I wanted was the same game for ps4. This is how Game stop get rich. This hurt my feeelings. I shopped with game stop for years. I feel punished for not buying the membership again.

Fantastic experience: This gamestop had a unique layout. Employees were nice, enthusiastic, and just really nice. Prices were okay. I got a Funko Pop, and the quality on it is amazing. The displays were really good-looking, and the merchandise is perfected laid out on each individual selve. And it fits perfectly into the "mall" theme. It's one of the best Gamestops I've been to.

Negative experience: This was 1 of 3 GameStops I called multiple times and did not answer. I gave them benefit of the doubt and assumed they were busy. I go in, there's 2 workers working which makes me wonder why they didn't answer. I ask them for a USB-C to A cable, the lady says she has none, so I ask her to check other GameStops to see if they have them. She then mentions "you're not going to get to another GameStop in time" which was obvious considering it was 8:51pm at the time so there was no need to say that. After checking the system, she realizes there's multiple in stock in her store. So, she proceeds to go in the back and grabs them. Mind you, she didn't bother to check the system or the backroom at all when I asked if they had them in stock prior to that. In short, workers didn't pick up the phone and did the very minimal when it came to checking for stuff and almost sent me out empty handed.

Fantastic experience: Man, what a great experience. Went there for an "advanced" controller of my own accord, had an awesome time talking to Kyle, very friendly and knowledgeable, talked about games with customers and was sharing excitement with them while still moving us along in the line. I had a ton of questions and he answered them fast, listened to me, and responded great. I ended up not being able to get the controller I bought to work on my PC, so brought it back, wanted a different one that I was set on (dualsense edge), but him and another super cool guy that works there talked me into getting a Nacon Revolution Pro 5 instead, so I eventually took their word for it, went home and tested it, and it is AMAZING. If i had just listened to myself I would have sold myself short. These guys know their stuff!!! 10/10 recommend a visit there for gaming needs, Thanks so much you guys!

Negative experience: Terrible service. Asian dude in front counter working register was super misogynistic was super rude when I was just asking simple questions about the products I wanted to buy. If this is the norm of your employees then you will lose a lot of customers. Do better. I hope he gets fired.

Negative experience: Not a good look to have employees let alone members of so called management, talking bad about former employees to current customers. Especially when said employees are known for being increasingly unreliable, and should never be part of the company at all. Will be reaching out to higher management, as this is incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for. Do not recommend this location at all, go to any other location to not be disrespected

Negative experience: Zero help and rude called about suicide squad and they said they had them but when I went they told me I had to wait until Monday. Paying for your pro membership isn’t worth it went you guys never have physical games anymore and your service sucks when you tell me I can come get a game just to pull a fast one on me.

Negative experience: Do not shop here! I made a purchase here On December 9th 2022. I was shopping for Christmas They are charging me multiple times and freezing accounts! which can take up to 14 days to investigate. Halting all Christmas shopping. Imagine my surprise and Embarrassment when I get to the next store and my card was declined! Red faced I leave and call the card and it has been flagged and can no longer be used! Thank you for the disgraceful experience!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is always very nice and helpful and quite knowledgeable. The location in the mall is very central and the location being in the mall itself is also helpful as you can do some additional shopping as well once you're done here. The game selection is wide and they have some decent other game themed merchandise as well on sale if you are looking for a different kind of gift for a gamer in your life.

Fantastic experience: I had to wait for my brother to get back from another stor in the mall,so I went into the game stop. I bought a few things and the people were super nice. I started to get bored, and they started talking with me about Star Wars. They were the nicest people. There names were Mike and Rachael, I think they should get a raise. They did a fantastic job and were super helpful to everyone.

Negative experience: They moved to a new location. I went to trade in an old console controller and the good price was $15 cash. One of the buttons on it didn't work, so I had to pay a 'refurb fine' which brought the price down to $8 for it, which I thought quite a bit unfair as it was more than half the price taking off. The game magazine is amazing to read, but the points system in offer, which used to be worth it... Doesn't include even half of the cool things they used to put on there anymore. I used to save up points all year and trade them in for cool, unique Christmas gifts, but you can mostly choose sweepstakes and money off of items now. Doesn't make it worth it anymore, really. Considering they own Thinkgeek, you'd think they would use some of those items and stock they want to put on clearance up on the points system instead. Fix that up, gamestop and you'll have a loyal customer returning!
