Negative experience: Honestly just choose ANY other location if you wanna shop at GameStop. The workers here will cuss you out for looking at merchandise and call you a scalper just for asking about trading cards. I've had bad experiences in this store before but this takes the cake. They only care about you if you're spending tons of money. Definitely won't be back to this one ever again.

Negative experience: Purchased a game and a controller. The game was essentially free because of my pro points. I went to return the controller and they told me the points were applied to the controller. So the game I was supposed to have gotten free I now payed for… definitely something that should be explained or a option on what to apply too because now I’m returning both items instead of just one. Also the points don’t got back to me gotta love that.

Negative experience: Got threatened by some people who are the managers friend just because i walked into the mall first to get in line, my husband was able to buy two things but then when i went up to the counter they said one per household, but i play pokemon tcg as well so its not fair that i couldnt get anything. So i have to sit and watch my husband open packs while i wish i was able to purchase as well.

Negative experience: The employees working were very condescending and were more or less ignoring customers standing at the register without interrupting the conversations they were having with each other (2 employees).

Positive experience: A full Game sensation

Negative experience: Manager just ignoring customers and flat out making mistakes. Doesn't care about his job. Deserves to be fired.

Negative experience: Fix your workers attitude. Hispanic worker working on March 16th, 2025 was horrible to us. Went in to ask about an item, right away started with his attitude. Told us the item wasn’t there even though it was sitting on the shelf right next to him. We told him the item was right behind him and he said it was a wristwatch and he doesn’t know anything about it, so it’s not his fault. If you work there shouldn’t you know what things are? He then questioned us about playing the game and said we were horrible for still playing the game after stuff about the creator came out. We said we just liked the game, we didn’t care about the creator. After this he continued to verbally attack us with everything. Clear he just wanted to fight which is sad. Even if he was having a bad day it wasn’t okay to be that way. Never shop here man. Sad that GameStop allows their employees to treat their customers in such ways. The Caucasian guy working with him was nice. He tried to make the situation better. He should be a manager and the other should be fired ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Good sized line maybe 5 people. Sales Woman made quick work of the line including asking about memberships and upselling. She helped me made me laugh and on the next...simple awesome

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes only for the cashier to walk away and start stocking when she was done with the customer in front of me. Then they totally low-balled me on a game I was thinking of selling. We will SO not be going back to this gamestop.

Negative experience: poor customer service. employee's never pick up the phone even when its not busy. you have to go into store asking general questions. lack of professionalism and lack of manager on duty for the store. other than being a gaming store their employee care and workforce is pretty low standard. if you are going to go here to trade in games expect to get a low price about a 75% markoff trade in value they entice you to trade in for points then find out later that game you just sold was actually worth more.

It's okay though, they make up for it by having a great selection and they have an expanding pc accessory section that should keep expanding. (Bring back the retro consols )
