Fantastic experience: Love GameStop I've been going there since my son was a little boy now he's an adult got him I feel gifts came out having a membership

Negative experience: They never answer when I call They always put you on hold and they will never answer you after that

Negative experience: Called and was put on hold for over 10mins with no response or an update.

Negative experience: Denied my brother from buying an assassins creed game becuase he didn't look 17 and I'm not his legal guardian

Negative experience: I bought headphones there and the speakers are backwards. The left is on the right and the right is on the left.

Negative experience: Stopped in to buy a headset, PlayStation and games. Walked in the store and said hello and got no response from the 3 employees, we looked at them and they continued laughing and having their convo. We waited for help and no one acknowledged us so we just went to Walmart.

Negative experience: if I could give zero stars I would, it seems that for the past few months this GameStop has gone downhill, came in to trade in a console and they sent me away once for not having an hdmi cord and again when a piece of dust was on the console, overall the people working there have been very rude for the past year suddenly, definitely going to be avoiding this GameStop from now on. I would not recommend this one at all

Negative experience: Wrist freaken experience in my hole life in bakersfield have I had. With no body around I asked the cashier to bring out 3 ebt of pokemon for my daughter (that saved her money to buy an ebt) so she can pick it her self. Would bring me 2 then wouldn't bring me down the one I asked. What kind of customer service is that.

Fantastic experience: The man who was working a whole store by himself (09/19/2022 at 7:07pm) is probably the best GameStop employee I have ever shopped with. I have never before met an employee who seems so enthusiastic with his work as this employee was. He is a hard working individual who gives his full attention to his customers. He was dealing with a full store, answering phones, and just going above and beyond in his work. I can not stress enough just how amazing of an employee this man is. I left the store happier then when I came in. Had a broken remote I needed to replace and this awesome dude made sure I got one in even better condition then i thought I would get. If I have to go to a GameStop anytime soon, it will definitely be this one, even if it’s not the closest one to me. This man needs an immediate promotion or raise. Although with his worth ethic I’m sure he’s already at the very highest position / wage possible at a store. If he’s not, you’re messing up GameStop higher ups. Bruh I can not stress enough how good of an employee he is. Like a one man army running a whole store himself. Dudes awesome. After writing this I read the receipt, the name of this amazing employee I believe is Chrston. Thanks Christon, my last experience at GameStop years ago wasn’t the best, but this has given me faith in at least this one store.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a certain game and had to call around to locate it. I was directed to call the Panama location since they were the only one that had a copy. Brooke answered the phone and was asked if I'd like to have it held for the day. She was already helping a customer but greeted us when she had a moment. She was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. She told us about the membership special that was offered and all the perks. I was very excited to learn that I could use the rewards to purchase Microsoft points! I rarely have someone at games tops so informative and outgoing as Brooke. I will be returning to this location even though it is the furthest location from me.

Negative experience: Wake up at 2 am so can I buy ps5 in the end we wait 4 hours in the middle of the night for 2 ps5 and 5 xbox series x. Next time just do it on Thursday afternoon or Wednesday so we won't get sick

Fantastic experience: The staff are great. We enjoying going in there cuz the staff are so helpful & curtious. My son is in the Navy, & was coming home for Christmas, & I had no clue what to buy him.(& I don't play video games at all. The only thing I knew; that he had a PS4) The staff asked a few questions about him, that I did know the answers to, & they made a suggestion of a game he might like. (Also letting me know I could return it if he didn't like it!!) My son came home, opened his gift, & LOVED the game!! The staff also let me know what was about to expire, via the points we had earned, which really helped cuz it got me my sons game free, plus a huge discount on all the other items I was buying. I really appreciate the staffs help w/ this cuz as a mother, I just wanna see that smile of their faces, when you know you picked the right gift. They helped make that happen, for me & many others. I just can't give this store, & its staff, high enough marks. Thanks.
