Fantastic experience: I do not like how bohili(tall young college dude) handle me when I come in, and he really need more training and also needs to know how the run the store. If I come to that store all the time, and spend lots of money in there, what happen today shouldn’t have never happened. So I went to the store all the way out willow oaks shopping center, and Mr Dan took care of me and didn’t say “I’m not breaking the rules” I told him I’m going to spend the money in GameStop, and he still refused and even tho I’ve been gone from GameStop for a while I’m definitely sure they didn’t change their “If the customer is spending the money back with us it’s not an issue. I think whoever the manger and regional manager is needs to teach him again. I will be call the corporate office as well. I gave 5 stars cause other then him I get great customer service and a little bit of the time I get good customer service from him.

Fantastic experience: Last week I went to GameStop with the intention of buying a new gaming console. Ruben helped me decide on a system. He was very nice and had a wealth of knowledge about all gaming systems. He even recommended some games that he thought I may like. I will be going back to talk to Ruben next time I need a game or accessory. Thanks.

Negative experience: Walked in today (which is my birthday) and whatever female that was "working" today at 12pm had the absolute worst customer service ever. For starters, we werent even greeted upon entry. Then the employee stood less than a foot next to me to put something on the shelf that I was standing next to and STILL didnt even say hello. Didn't even realize she was an employee initially because she didn't even have a name tag or uniform on. The front of the store had huge opened boxes scattered across it as well. That girl should go next door to DTLR for diversity and customer service training because our experience there was night and day in contrast to the cold, nasty energy we felt in Gamestop

Negative experience: Attempted to enter the store on the 17th at 2pm and the door was locked? I looked into the store and saw nobody.. Had to go to another location 6 miles away just to buy something.

Fantastic experience: My go to store. Only issuebi have is lack of calls when a pre-ordered product is in. I've had several of my products placed on the floor for others to get, just because they had to put them out. I used to get calls and reminders when Lex was there. Other than that, the new staff is cool. I just wish that would improve.

Negative experience: Worst staff ever. Staff member named Noa had no patience with any of the customers. Cursing, bad-mouthing and making it a very toxic environment. When asked to calm down; he started asking if we are assuming his gender. Overall bad experience and very unhelpful.
