Experiencia negativa: Sales person was incredibly rude. When my boyfriend asked the guy (bald, but also has long ponytail?) to inspect a game before buying it he sighed like he was annoyed. When he returned with the games, he threw them on the counter and seemed annoyed to be doing his job. No one is forcing you to work there and to spread your negativity to customers. Game Stop needs to do better at selecting the right employees to work at their stores.
Experiencia fantástica: Not even directed at me...or at anyone specifically that I could tell, but the first thing I heard when I entered at 11:00 AM opening was: "We don't have any Pokémon cards. We don't have any Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders." I'm not even mad. Im just impressed by the omniscient quality of this store's customer service. 5/5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for 8 years. I waited in line to pre order my switch. When I got the call it has arrived I was on a business trip. Told them I would pick up the unit Sunday and they told me no problem. The system was paid for in full. When I arrived I learned they sold my switch and told me I had 48 hours to pick it up. Why wasn’t this told to me and why did they say I could pick it up Sunday. The manager with long hair and a pony tail didn’t care. He was almost arrogant. No apology or solution. I will be doing my video game shopping at Best Buy going forward.
Experiencia negativa: Awful experience. I wanted to trade in my series x Xbox. And buy a PS 5. Walked in the door and the older male employee yells across the store, “you doing a trade in”. I said “I’d like to and buy a PS5”. He said, I’m not doing no more trades trades today, we close in half and hour and I’m not doing it.” There was no cutoff time for trades that I can find anywhere so this seemed arbitrary at best. Poor execution from a lazy employee. There are better choices.

We went into the website and looked it up, to which his sarcastic response was, "that's interesting, im not sure where your looking because I dont show that anywhere across the company."

They didn’t just answer my questions; they coached me through decisions like I was their star player in the game of home improvement. When I explained my situation—“I need plywood because my house is currently auditioning to be a convertible”—they didn’t flinch. They nodded with purpose. Before I knew it, they had me set up with the sturdiest hurricane plywood known to humankind. And the teamwork? Next level. Customers chimed in with tips, one employee made sure my cart didn’t tip over, and another somehow turned a discussion about nails into a pep talk. Fast-forward a few days, and that plywood was doing its job. Sure, the rest of my house decided to wave goodbye during the storm, but the plywood? Solid as a rock. It stood tall, like the unshakable resolve of the Lowe’s team that sold it to me. Even when I had to return for more supplies—because, you know, “house gone”—they welcomed me back with the same enthusiasm. And they didn’t just help me; they even lent a hand to my best friend, who’d been roped into my rebuilding mission. Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give 0 stars, the store was supposed to open at 11 am and doors were locked. The person working didn’t even know they opened at 11 am. Pitiful.

Experiencia negativa: It seems counterproductive to always have veteran affairs outside these stores, yet refuse to hire decent sales associates. As a disabled shopper I would appreciate not having to deal with rude condescending cashiers. This isn't the first time but it will definitely be the last. Going forward anytime im forced to go instore, all interactions will be documented via A/V. it's painfully obvious what demographic these associates rather cater too.
Experiencia negativa: The male associate was extremely disrespectful to the new female associate. They argued for about 10 mins before acknowledging anyone in the store. The stores shelves were also pretty empty and they had posters for games they didn't even have in stock.

Experiencia negativa: I tried calling just to see if I can get an inventory check on a game and the person that picked up who said their name was Jalen hung up the phone after like 5 seconds and then when I try calling back they take the phone and leave it off the hook. I can hear them talking to customers while they're just ignoring me. This is why digital downloads are just more convenient to deal with.

Experiencia negativa: Didn't have any copies of ncca football at noon on its release day, but had plenty of attitude. Went over to target and they had like 60 copies of playstation and 40 copies of xbox. Don't get mad at me because you guys weren't prepared. Black dude with giants jersey is a punk.
Experiencia negativa: Gonna make this a short review, but, again! Another GameStop that WILL ADD WARRANTIES without asking you. They'll use your coupon too without telling you to make it seem like you're getting a great deal. The worker's name was King. No, they're not supposed to do that without asking you :) They're scamming you to make their store look good.

When I got there, the clerk Anthony said the cheaper version that he previously said was in stock was sold out because he didn't actually check despite me calling ahead. Do yourself a favor and just go to Walmart.

Experiencia negativa: Literally the worst experience I've had at a GameStop. I went to buy the Batman Arkham Trilogy today. The associate (I didn't get his name, but olive skin tone with bushy beard gentleman) told me "we probably have it in the back." I asked him politely if he could go get it, and he simply said "no." When I asked "why not" he said "we might not have it but I'd recommend you come tomorrow." I informed him the game came out today and they have the game on display so that it should be in stock and he responded with "I'd have to go get it and it would take too long, we're busy" (there were three people behind me). In short, he never gave it to me. I went to another GameStop, I asked the gentleman and he said "let me check the back." He gave me the game about 30 seconds later. It would've been that easy in the first place but this gentleman elected to not even try and look. Never going back to this GameStop location again.

Annoying to drive out of way to come here at like 4:30 on a Thursday & find it empty locked up with open sign on. Also very limited stock of everything compared to the others. Not sure why this location even exists at this point

He made my trade-in process so easy and kept conversation going (when he could). He was just an absolute joy to work with. Kudos to Donovan and the rest of the team. I think it's fair to say that most GameStop employees are really cool people that just love talking shop with their customers. Good on ya'll.

The cashier/manager couldn’t get the price to ring up right so he tried to do some switch around of return the games to equal out the amount he was charging me for a FREE gift card!! Total came out to $839.99 without tax included… this is ridiculous way to treat a customer who waited for this in store drop. I do not recommend this place. Get your games or accessories from bestbuy or any other place. Walmart is better treatment. Smh…. I walked out the place without anything after 2.5 hours of waiting

I spent my entire day driving around to GameStop’s as most of them don’t answer the phone or have a I’m busy attitude. When I called this one. I was welcomed as a loyal customer, she was able to video if they have product in stock and made sire to put it aside for me. When I got there she went above and beyond to she you guys had the correct products in stock to fit my needs. People come places not only for products but an experience. I live far out in holiday and will drive past every GameStop to be treated the way she did here. Thank you for Being a great representation of what a company should stand for!!!

He wasn't reachable and the young huskey dark skinned gentleman, who's name eludes me at the moment, was so helpful and cool about everything. He explained what would probably be good for me without being a "salesman" and I appreciate that. Recommend this place to everyone who enjoys gaming and great service.
Experiencia fantástica: Went there today looking for action figures that were on sale (five gamestop's in one day!), and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, the ASM there was absolutely wonderful. I didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she is definitely an asset and deserves a promotion for the assistance she provided me! Thank you!
