No where did they tell me I had to come in earlier to get a ticket number I told the young lady that the guy even left a voicemail saying just to show up from 9-9:30 pm so I showed up and they didn’t give me the game and said that the manager didn’t give the right instructions to the assistant manager . I will never be doing business with you guys again . They said they can just write my name and get my steel book tomorrow . I had payed a friend to go get my the game because I was stuck at work . Worst experience ever !!!! .

Didn't ask if i wanted to upgrade my membership on purchase. N No bag offered or given with purchase. Worst experience at a gamestop.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever. Just before Christmas my daughter bought a game from that location at the outlets of orange. Don't know the gentleman's name but bald-headed white guy was very pushy sales. We explained that we do not have the Xbox Tower, we have the version before that one. He assured us that the game we were interested in would work for our Xbox but it did not. He told us that we could come back and exchange it or get store credit. They are liars they would not exchange it or give store credit. He said to bad we will only give you 9 dollars. We had to get pushy with him just to get cooperate number. His response was good luck you won't get anything. Don't go to this store. The customer service sucks. They don't care about the customer. They care about the dollar they make.
Experiencia negativa: Went the other day and asked the cashier if they had NBA2k24 in stock, he said no. I asked where is the closest place I could get it. He left me hanging while typing on his keyboard, as I slowly backed away out of the store. It was weird.

Experiencia negativa: I called to ask if they had a game in stock there so in case they didn't I wouldn't have to drive out there to get it. And one of the employees left me on hold for 20 minutes. I stayed on the phone until I got there (I live 30 minutes away) and it wasn't even busy. He didn't mute the phone either, so I could hear him talking with his co-workers for 20 minutes. I walked in still on hold and he was still talking to coworkers. I told him I was still on hold.

Experiencia negativa: GameStop have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a company. This is the last time I will buy anything from this store and companyfor this matter. On 12/13/23 I decided to buy The legend of the Zelda Tear of the kingdom in cash. Moreover, I was greeted by Emigdio who recommend me to leave a downpayment which I decide to buy the whole game because I didn't want to deal with any of the transaction in the future. He guarantee by me paying the full amount I was gonna be set and have my game when it launches. However. Yesterday May 8 2023. I received a phone call from Gabriel stating that I own A ten dollars balance on my preorder and I have to pay it before I pick up the game if not I will have to lose the preorder. As a result, I decide to talk to the store manager to who my surprise it was Gabriel. He stated "I am sorry that this happened to you. The person who sold you the game has been fired because he was not up to the standards." He decided to talk to the district manager (Monica) who didn't care at all for the situation. Today I decided to call Gamestop the company customer service and I was talking to a male named Abraham. Who who said that the only thing that he can do is email the district manager. I feel like i've been mistreated as a customer. My voice was not heard. I have concluded that this is my last time I'm gonna buy or interact with Gamestop because they do not care. Be aware if you have a problem you are not going to receive any help. Shut out to Gabriel, Monica, and Abraham who make GS lost a loyal customer! Best Buy will be my choice moving forward.

Each person I have spoken too at this location has always made sure I fully understand everything I am purchasing or has gone out of their way to make sure I am getting the best deal. I have previously stopped shopping at GameStop for reasons many people stop shopping at GameStop for. But with the customer service I receive it makes me much more willing to drive to the store and make purchases. Thanks again!

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I were recently at this location and had a rather uncomfortable shopping experience with a sales rep named Daniel. At the start of our visit, Daniel was very informative about what was not in stock and provided a reasonable explanation. Ultimately, we found an item that was to our liking and proceeded to checkout. During the checkout process, Daniel explained the Power Up Membership and noted that there was a limited time special on a membership. We respectfully declined, and Daniel became uncomfortably persistent in asking why we did not want the membership, as well as inquiring as to how often we visit GameStop. When we stated that we visit GameStop on occasion, he began to insinuate that we did not like GameStop as a whole and continued to press the membership right until we were finished with checkout. Throughout this time, my wife and I respectfully declined, however, he kept on pressing the matter and made both my wife and me extremely uncomfortable. While I understand that sales representatives are required to make certain sales, I also believe that the customer should not be cajoled, nor should they be made to feel uncomfortable the way this individual made us feel. For future shoppers, please steer clear of this particular individual.
