Experiencia negativa: Whoever was there today around 12 o’clock and was wearing a green shirt gave me the worst service I have ever received. It was so bad I decided to cancel my transaction and drive 30 minutes away to another GameStop and sell it to their store. This guy’s name isn’t worth remembering, but his complaining and lack of customer service will always be remembered.
Experiencia negativa: Made an order for pickup yesterday & they’re supposed to email when the order is ready. Instead I get an email today that my order was cancelled and the product is still available on their website. Now I have to pay more because I can’t use my GameStopPro discount because it was technically used on that purchase. And they don’t answer the phone here. Worst GameStop store ever.
Experiencia negativa: Unreliable to be summed up in one word. I had a same-day delivery for April 19th. I made sure to order before the deadline. And it was not received. I call in the next day to be greeted and then put on an extended, hold when the representative returned. He informed me that it would just be pushed through to today. I asked him, what assurance do I have when I ordered same day, delivery and you did not make through on the promise. He proceeded to tell me that I could just cancel my order. It was clear that he had Irritation, dealing with purchase. I feel like he could have dealt with it in a more professional way. But instead, he decided to just keep uttering that I can cancel my order. I would refrain from giving this storefront business

I have it a 4 because they're return policy sucks and they give you very little for old games or systems then resell them for much more. Experiencia negativa: I recently purchased a switch 2 and I wanted to get a few games. I also realized Battlefield 6 came out today so I decided to get a copy for my ps5. I was excited to visit this store, after all, I had not been inside a GameStop in a couple of years. I was ready to be hit with the nostalgia, only to end up waiting over 12 minutes in line. There were two cashier already tending to customers, and ONLY one more customer ahead of me, yet the line never moved in all the time I was there. Why is every GameStop so damn slow?? They always have the same excuse... "our system is down/ slow/ being dumb". You are all a multi million corporation, stop using the same excuse. I was going to spend quite a lot of cash at the store but both cashiers never seemed to care about how slow they were conducting business. I ended up buying everything I needed at freaking Walmart. WALMART. They stole your sale because you all clearly don't know what you are doing. Maybe if you realized that gamers stopped shopping there because you all take so damn long checking us out and trying to upsell us with your bs "offers." Quit that bs, "dudes, and start focusing in your clients' need"s.

Experiencia negativa: I'd give zero stars if I could. Came for the Switch 2 pre lease (with my preorder) and we were here 20 minutes before closing. He let the whole line in but stopped at my brother and one other person...and said we can't go in. His concern was security, but the people with numbers are going to be let in after hours too so that doesn't make sense. I'm taking my business elsewhere and suggest others to do so as well.

Experiencia negativa: Today’s pokemon release was such a mess. They were not ready for the release at all. There was a only one worker working at the opening. Only had 2 in quantities for the release. Literally had to talk to a worker seem not having enough experiences and had to wait additional 30-40 minutes to get something. The release was a complete mess.
Experiencia negativa: Went to buy a Switch game and they weren’t even open by 12 noon. i understand store hours aren’t always accurate online, but you guys aren’t even open at 12 pm? what kind of business are you? Drove 20 minutes to stand around for half and hour waiting for you guys to never open.
Experiencia negativa: Came here in hopes of securing myself some journey together Pokémon TCG product. Employee had a sign up front with all the stock available and thus a line began to form. Stayed here for a little over an hour and after they ran out of stock, the employee waited 30 minutes to inform the line that only pre orders were left and that everyone else had to get out of line. In other words, he rug pulled roughly 60% of the line out of time when he should’ve taken down the sign at the front and told us the minute they ran out of stock. I understand that it was only one employee that had a lot on his plate. However he should’ve spoken up when things changed instead of t staying silent. I hope this place improves on their communication skills and see better results in the future. 2/10 experience do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Associate by the name Ryan went above and beyond to help me with a pre-order issue. I was never given promo code for a game I purchased at another gamestop. I called this store and spoke with Ryan about my issue, and even though it wasn't his order or purchase, he helped me out with customer care to resolve it quickly. Throughout the phone call, he was so patient and showed knowledge. He made my day and resolved my issue when I may have lost my promotion. He was able to handle multiple customers and resolve my issue on the phone. I give this associate more than 5 stars for his help.

I purchased 3 games and a giftcard on the 24th and i had to return on the 26th because NONE of my games actually had the game inside. I didnt check before leaving (i thought they were inside) and when i went back the 2 guys there had the odacity to actually say "did you really purchase them or walked out with them" i shut them up with my receipt. Never going to this location again
Experiencia negativa: This store location has their employees reserving their own stock while they are on duty. There is a lack of worth ethic in the way they deal with customer satisfaction. If you are planning on finding any collectible or game, it would be best to call a different location since first pic and on-the-job reserves are set in place for employees DURING THEIR WORK SHIFTS.

Experiencia negativa: Awful customer service, won’t let you shop without a mask even though CA state and Orange County no longer have the mandate. They still tell you to leave if you don’t have one and it’s the only store in Main Place Mall that does so. Truly ridiculous, unwarranted and discriminatory.
Experiencia positiva: A good selection of games, enough to keep me asking myself, "Should I get this now?" The place was clean too. There was only one person managing the store the last time I was there, and she was constantly informing new customers coming in that she could only have five people in the store at once. I love how she exercises this practice politely but firmly, but I also feel bad she's the only one in there.
