Either it be merchandise or product. I have been going to this location since i was 10 years old. Everytime i need help or need something for my nintendo. They always have me covered. From time to time i have had to tell GameStop about upcoming release dates they have not updated.

We recently had an issue redeeming a trade credit: the manager, Judson, not only took the time to call corporate for help, but then subsequently solved the problem himself after customer service told him what we wanted wasn't possible. Experiencia negativa: Don't trust them. When I was trading in my Xbox 360 Console, one of the cashier men told me he wouldn't take it because there wasn't an AV cord. So he gave me back my big box with my Xbox 360 with all my cords, or so I thought. When I got home I noticed I was missing a cord, an HDMI cord. The cord that plugs the Xbox into the TV. The cashier man must of sneaked it out of my box while I wasn't paying attention.
