Experiencia negativa: When good intentions go bad. I called myself trying to support an actual gaming store instead of going to Target or Walmart for a gift for my son. Went in looking for a physical copy of a game. Was told they didn’t have it, but that they had the digital version. I proceed to buy the digital version only to find out shortly after that I paid at least 50% more than the game is by buying it digitally. I end up not even giving my son the game until this is rectified at the store where I am told they do not do refunds or adjustments on digital games even though the game has not been downloaded, accessed or anything. If I would have known this I would not have purchased it in this way. This is shady, scam-like practices and I absolutely resent that it was not stated before my purchase. Additionally, I feel even more disgusted by the fact that I went specifically to this store with the intention of going to a place that specializes in games and not just another big box store, that I have made many purchases in the past from. Sickening!!!!

The employee that helped me, Rachel, was very cool and made me feel comfortable actually talking to her (coming from a person with social anxiety it's nice to feel that way) and helped me understand something I didn't understand at first. Very down to earth people

Experiencia negativa: Bought a webcam and there was actually no webcam in there. Just the tripod and the accessories. It was pretty cheap, but it was an open box item. It's still on the return. But I don't know who can help me

The employee name on my receipt says Evan, but i don't think that's who helped me out. I came on Sat 9/10/22 at 5:59pm so whoever checked meowt- thanks so much!

I talked to the associate about what I was after and he suggested a different store where I could find the games I was looking to find. He was kind and informative. I would shop here again if I needed video games and etc.

Experiencia positiva: Clean store. Helpful friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars but this store never seems to have the games my boys want every time we go in looking for different games. They also low ball you when selling or trading games but that's not the fault of the employees. That's gamestop themselves.

He wasn't irritated that my kids were really excited about all the merch. (Didn't act it.) Even showed my little one some cool thing they had in the back and told. Me where I might be able to find something their chain doesn't sell anymore.

Experiencia negativa: Used game selection is stuff NOBODY WANTS. If they would offer more money or trade for peoples dusted games. They would have better inventory. People buy a 60 dollar game. They beat it in 4 days. They should be able to get 30 back. For a new game. Then g stop could get 40. They'd sell more. They trying to make too much on single items and getting stuck with a F load of them items. Nobody is ever gonna buy

He was super helpful with my purchase (he even went above and beyond to clean the used controller I was buying), and he was even really nice to my 18 month old daughter. This was definitely the best GameStop I've ever been in and is, for sure, our home store from now on
