Experiencia fantástica: Although it was a small store, the saleswoman was very nice and patient to explain the ins and outs of a Switch system to us old fogeys that haven't touched games in many years! Her knowledge and friendly service sealed the deal, and now we're at home learning how terrible we are at gaming but having a ton of fun!

Experiencia negativa: The store overwhelmingly smelled like feet and B. O. It was also an awful store overall. Didn’t feel like GameStop, felt like a low rent pawn shop. Came to spend 500+ and chose to spend my money elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie, Maven and Jeffery were absolutely awesome. I wanted Sonic X Shadow Generations but was really on the fence and Jeffery recommended this easy payment plan. After he and Maven set me up it was just a couple of easy payments at my own pace. Today I got the game from an easy pickup in store and this awesome employee Jamie was even able to get me money back after I paid. I’m just happy with the assistance,great attitude, and professionalism they provided. Thank you guys so much if you guys get to read this

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to cancel a pre-order, and place it at a store closer to where I live. The employee took an extremely rude attitude towards me, and informed me they weren't a bank. They obviously aren't a bank as I got no interest back on my investment. I will never shop at a GameStop ever again because of this experience.

Experiencia negativa: Beware when ordering used consoles from any gamestop. I ordered a wii, 2 games, and an extra remote and nunchuck. They shorted me a nunchuck, and it took 4 weeks to get the console, instead of the 3 days they quoted when I purchased. When I finally got the console, they didn't include any AV cables, so I had to wait longer for those to arrive. When I was finally able to get everything hooked up, they sent me a faulty machine that won't read any discs. I now have to wait "3-5" days (we'll see if that actually happens) for a return label to be approved, and then another "3-5" days once the machine has been received to see a credit on my account. If I have one more person from gamestop tell me 3-5 days for something I might scream, because it's never, EVER 3-5 days. The staff at the store was lovely, especially for how busy it was. Corporate on the other hand is a nightmare and I couldn't recommend staying away more

She even had a pre-owned copy of Final Fantasy XVI! This was one of the best experiences I had at this store in a long time! Thanks again to Tali, who provided excellent customer service

Experiencia negativa: Product return refund was denied within the 7 day return window citing that the box was open. Was offered store credit instead which didn’t work for me as they only sell gaming products which I don’t plan to buy. Reason for low review is the way this was communicated (confirmed before buying the product that this is returnable and that I was buying this to see if it meets my needs. Was assured a no hassle return during purchase, which did not turn out to be the case.). Would rather go to other stores like bestbuy in the future for better customer service and purchase:sales practice transparency. I will be selling the product on my own to recover the refund amount.

I’m all about excellent customer service, and happy to report I got it from Ethan the manager and another staff member last Friday. I really liked the organization of the store and selection. I got all my questions answered by Ethan and the other employee (didn’t get his name), and they were both patient and knowledgeable about the products. Thanks for making great customer service a priority at this store! It makes all the difference if I’m a repeat customer :)

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on their business, have great game recommendations, not just the fancy and most recent games, but old school, they even helped me to find an old title not sold anymore on regular retail on a secondary market store around.

Their response to the pandemic is also good: only letting a certain number of people in and having the line labeled where you can stand seem to be effective, so that's good. The only issue is that, last I heard, they don't treat their employees very well. Other than that, great store.

Every time I trade in I'm fine with what I get, I just kind of figured that it would be based on the stock they had and how many people wanted to buy that item. Plus it's really just convenient for me, I know I could get more online but never have the time. A++ to everyone who work there, especially a helpful employee named Ismael and the manager chance. Great service
