Fantastic experience: Lots to choose from here. New titles as well as games from older systems. Who doesn't want to play games from way back in their childhood? Haha does anyone else think about death

Fantastic experience: Went to look around, didn’t realize the store had closed and we browsed for 10 minutes after they did. Staff was very nice, didn’t tell us they were closed or anything, if they had we would have hurried and left. Cool and useful finds, good amount of older game controllers, and they have adapters to upscale older consoles.

Fantastic experience: 2nd update: they were very sweet today when my 4 year old son came in with his Christmas money to buy his first video game. Update: Sold some consoles & games to this place today. Dallas was just incredibly helpful and nice. (5 Stars) What a place. All 5 star experiences! Old review: They didn't have the video game I was looking for, but they added me to a wish list program where I will get a text when it comes in! What a thoughtful place. Jeff was wonderful. Fantastic experience: My favorite game store in Murfresboro, every time I'm in town I have to stop by and see what kind of cool stuff they have. Prices are competitive with what you would find online in my experience, plus you get their friendly service, and an actual person to talk to if you have any questions or issues. Super convenient that you can text the store to ask about prices and trade ins as well, if you're anywhere near Murfreesboro and into retro (or even modern) games, this is the place to go!

I've been coming to this PNT since it opened and met Cory man he was awesome! Now we have Skyler, and gotta say just like Cory he is awesome! They have helped this retro collector find fun titles to play! they have helped me complete my .hack collection!

Fantastic experience: I've shopped here since they opened in 2008. That was the year I got my first apartment here in town. Some of my favorite memories from that time were coming here and scoring a few new games to add to the ol' collection. They haven't changed much, which is awesome to me. It's like a personal time capsule that you can always count on to be there and take you back in time when things were a little less hectic and you had more time to kill. They always seem to find great staff too that are friendly, helpful and willing to chat about whatever.

Fantastic experience: Bought My Sega Dreamcast from them a year Ago. It still works perfectly! When My copy of Sonic Adeventure 1 wasn't working, I went back to the store to see if it wasn't a defect of the console itself. But it was just the disc that was faulty, they not only gave me a Replacement, they gave a replacement of the game with the Sonic Adventure 2 demo! Excellent costumer service, I've been going there for years and never came out disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Came in to trade in my Xbox 360, games and a few controllers. Nick assisted me and was very friendly and I enjoyed reminiscing about video game nostalgia with him. He gave me a fair price in store credit. Told me he would keep an eye out for any new PS5s that are traded in the near future. This will be my go to game place going forward. Glad my Xbox will create new memories for someone in the future.

Fantastic experience: They have a lot of old retro games and they're all in pristine condition. Prices seemed reasonable as well.

Negative experience: It was nice seeing a lot of old games. Seen a few games claimed to be new sealed but you can seen the original case beyond the seal you can see it’s all scratched up. All the switch games were priced as they would be at a GameStop.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Play N Trade for many years and this is the BEST new and vintage video game store/destination in Tennessee!! You will be pleased with Play N Trade. The store employees are gamers and they really care.

I met with Nick who was so wonderfully kind and patient with me as I brought in my entire Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube collection and some consoles to trade in. Not only did he answer every single question I had, he was also able to help all of the other customer in between. Kay was also there to help him with testing consoles and answer questions, both of them were so nice to work with and really took care with my items. I got to trade up for some new controllers and I will most certainly be back for some games soon! Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I was looking to buy the new DB sparking zero for ps5 and was sold out everywhere but here, I sent a message to them through Instagram and they responded me very fast and told me they had it, Quickly I went there and buy the game, also they have a lot of old video games and Retro Consoles, a must go if you like video games and live near to it.

Negative experience: Pretty good selection of items and staff is friendly. However, they don’t advertise that most of their games have re-printed art work on the cases. That alone wouldn’t bother me but they charge the same price that ones with authentic art work go for. Beware

Fantastic experience: The staff was very friendly. I had a new battery installed into one of my NES cartridges and they got it done quickly and it was affordable. I highly recommend checking Play N Trade out.

Positive experience: Feels like a GameStop and pricing like GameStop as well. But the selection is great. Keep in mind that there are some old games at they reprinted the art work for the case. If the owner reads this, please don't let direct sun light hits the games' case so many of them are sun bathing.

Positive experience: Play N Trade is a great store with a huge variety of games. They also have great employees. Would go again! Only problem is in at least the Xbox section of games, a fair bit of them had reprinted game art covers.

Fantastic experience: I really don’t play video games much anymore but I recently acquired a PS4. I went to a chain video game store prior to Play N Trade and I got to tell you, PNT had so much more in terms of video games and they even have vintage games!! SNES, PS1, Genesis, etc. they had a good selection. Prices were a little cheaper than the chain store. I wish I knew because I bought a couple at that chain store before I went here. If you never visited, stop by and you might be surprised at what they have.

Fantastic experience: One of the best game stores I have ever been in! The staff are super helpful and know what they are talking about. Even when I'm not looking for something I like to stop in just to see what they have.

Positive experience: Clean, organized. Love the 2 for one deal they have for 9.99 priced used games. The only issue is a good chunk of games are 15.00 that are used. If there was perhaps a buy one get 50% for 15 dollar games, that would entice one to consider the 15 dollar games. If you have a good chunk of change on you and want good quality games I would recommend this place, but if you are on a strict budget a few used games suddenly puts you into the 30-40 dollar territory, something to consider how much you care about quality

Fantastic experience: Pretty good selection of video games here you can find pretty much any game your looking for the only slight draw back is the Nintendo selection is a little smaller but I think that's because of the availability of GameCube games but still had plenty of switch wii and Gameboy games!!!prices are reasonable and you can usually find multiple copies of games

I’ve traded in a few things and always gotten a decent price, and there’s always a lot of used games to look over. The employees are awesome people who are super helpful. Sometimes I just come in with no clue what to buy and I always leave with something really great. I’ve been going for over 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience.
