Negative experience: This is what employees of a business should NOT do... There is a kid working here that has "horrible" allergies... I have a service DOG Now, allergies are NOT A LEGAL reason for a service dog to not enter a business My interaction with this whiny/sniveling/overly dramatic employee who kept vocally stating that we (cool girl employee & I) NEEDED to hurry up my transaction because of his allergies... I Have no reason to go back

He also talked to me some places to get the best deal. He went out of his way to help me even though he was not making any money. 5 stars for customer service.

Positive experience: I used to go here a lot. Before they moved. But I have an 11 year old boy and I can not allow the association with gaming and vaping. It's lease consider what you are projecting to the children that come in there. Video games and Strawberry vape juice should t be available in the same building. Ethically, it's not acceptable.

Positive experience: Went in just to take a look around to see what they had to offer, ended up walking out with some very cool replicas for my son and I from some of our favorite shows/games. There was a little disappointment as one piece I would have really enjoyed did not have proper care taken of it and it got broken. Other than that though it was an awesome place to check out!

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, the best videogame store in the Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN area. I enjoy walking around the backside of the store and looking at the display cases too for different videogames. Chill store too with music playing while you shop, as well as great customer service to answer your questions. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I went to Electric Underground with numerous DVDS and Blu Rays to sell. The associate explained the process kindly and professionally. My first experience selling here was outstanding and the price they paid for my movies was higher than I expected. That alone says a lot because it seems often resale stores pay less than you expect for your items.

Fantastic experience: If you looking to get movies, box sets, video games, vinyl... Honestly the best place in town to get them. The largest selection of movies, in my opinion, by far. If you've been to Best Buy or Target... They don't even have a tenth of the amount of DVDs on their racks. Usually always can find a buy 3 get 1 deal there. Pay attention to their Facebook because every once in awhile they'll do even better promotions! Awesome box sets. Still waiting to fill out my Game of Thrones, Lost, and True Blood box sets so I'm using making a stop once a week to add to my collection. Great place and great staff! Highly recommend

Negative experience: Staff wasn't friendly. Vinyl selection online doesn't match what they have in store. A lot of their pricing is outrageous.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place! They have movies, games, cds, and more! My favorite part is the movies. I collect movies, and Electric Underground is my one stop shop for a movie haul! I was out of town from April until October, and I absolutely missed going to Electric Underground to buy movies. I might go there later after my job interviews. If I could work at Electric Underground, that would be SUPER cool! I'd enjoy every moment of it!

Negative experience: First time visit. Went in and found a few OG Xbox games. Brought them up to the counter and the guy wasn’t wearing a mask. It’s pretty disrespectful to not wear one during the pandemic, especially since your customers could have underlying conditions, there is also an active mask mandate in Fargo. Left without purchasing. Super disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of Electric Underground for many years. Long before it changed ownership and names (formerly Vidcycle). The management and staff are super friendly and helpful people. They always drop what they are doing behind the counter if I ever need a hand playing the “hard to find movie game”. I couldn’t possibly understand how anyone could leave a review that is less than 5 stars for these guys. If I let them know I am looking for something specific that they don’t have in stock at the time, they will always go above and beyond to contact me if/when the item comes in to the store, and set it aside for my next visit... I really don’t know what else to say here aside from this - If you are looking for a used movie/video game/record/CD etc, you won’t find a better deal or a more knowledgeable staff at any competitor in town. They always meet or exceed my expectations, and I will continue to support this awesome local business for years to come

Fantastic experience: Being a newbie to vaping I stopped in to see what they had to offer, they were very helpful and informative, I got exactly what I was looking for, a small affordable vaporizer and a couple bottles of juice with absolutely no hassle. I will be returning for future purchases.

Positive experience: Nice used stuff here. Went in looking for a few CDs. Unlike their movies and stuff the CD selection was totally random. Nothing alphabetically, title or even by genre...which would be easier to do than alphabetically. No one came over and asked if I needed something. After looking for half an hour I gave up. I did find another CD (yeah I am "old school") that I was pleasantly surprised to find.

Fantastic experience: I got my first vape here; it was the perfect little starter device for me, they recommended it with all the right ideas in mind. I came back and traded that mod for some store credits, and bought the mod i have now for $40 off, the VIA 240, which is waaaaay outliving it's paint. Recently i came in and got the newest falcon atomizer. A few days after that, my entire vape fell into the lake, fully submerged. It not only survived, but there was no water in my tank, no water in my coil (it really is waterproof!) and this god-sent mod kept its computer completely dry. Now I've been coming here for almost 2 years and i am more than satisfied with my purchases. This is the only vape store i ever recommend to anyone!
