Negative experience: It was uncomfortable being followed around the whole time. I get it, it's a small store. I just wanted to browse casually. I tried to strike conversation with the employee but it didn't work. They barely engaged. Made me feel bad since I'm terrible with conversation. They did help out with testing out the game. I struggle with mental illness. Just trying to do better and I apologize if I did anything wrong. Just didn't like the experience. It was just so awkward, I was anxious to get out of there. 2nd time coming. God bless.

This place had all the great retro consoles and games, and the customer service was above and beyond expectations. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, we ended up getting a PSP Vita and it works great. Definitely will be back!

Negative experience: Horrible went in to buy a PS3 they said they only had this modded PS3 with 23 game okay cool $450 could have brought it for half the price on Amazon but whatever I wanted it now went home to try and play it but there was a lot of apps I didn't recognize and messing around with it finally got to play only 3 games out of the 23 games it came with so ik they have the signs no refunds no exchanges but I would have thought they would have at least fixed when they did to it so I called asking if they can fix it the guy on the phone said yeah the guy that programmed the systems gonna be in today at 4 okay cool I'll see you at 4 finally got to the store ask some guy hey I'm here to see the guy that programs the systems someone said he'll be here at 4 and he pointed at another guy oh yeah that's the guy to talk to right there so after talking and setting up my ps3 I show the guy what's wrong and he takes a look at it and after 10 mins this mad says idk what's wrong with it I don't program ps I only program Xbox and I ask him so why where you looking at it he didn't answer then I ask where the guy that programs them he said he wasn't there and I said but I called this morning and someone said he was gonna be here at 4 so basically they wasted an hr and half of my time so I went home erased everything in my ps3 and now it doesn't wanna start up

My baby wanted a wii for Christmas, and every other game place either didn’t have it or it was going to be til after christmas til came in, this place, y’all I’m telling y’all, look no further man 1 stop shop fr! This place not only the had the wii, but they even had Fight Night Round Champion! (Which is lowkey my fav game of all time lol so serious)! So yeah walked out with all the games went to get, and then some! Safe to say this just became all time fav game store no doubt!

Great people and great products! I got a gameboy color, some Pokémon games for it and a couple N64 games. Everything was in great condition for how old it is and I felt like a kid again. Can’t wait to share these games with my kids. If you’re looking for old school games, this is the place.

Came in 4 days later and they honored my mistake and allowed me to use the layaway cash as a down payment!! Fantastic experience: This is honestly my favorite video game store in the world. They have **everything**—figures, cards, consoles, video games, and tons of classic titles. If you’re into retro gaming, this place is a treasure chest. They carry Nintendo GameCube games, Dreamcast titles, Game Boy classics, and so much more. I even picked up a Game Boy Advance here, and it still works perfectly to this day. I also got a Dreamcast from them, along with a super rare Sonic game I had been searching for over two months. It goes for about $80 online, but I found it here for just $28—an incredible deal. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the owner is super nice too. I even ended up in one of their Instagram videos, which was such a fun surprise. Every time I walk in, I find something I just *have* to take home. They even had Sonic 1, 2, and 3 still in their original cases, and I grabbed all three for only $70 total! If you love games—new, retro, or collectible—this store is an absolute must-visit. You’ll walk in excited and walk out with something awesome every single time.

Fantastic experience: It's Been a Long Time Since I Haven't Came Here To Hey Bro Video Games In Traders Village and So I Just Thought I Would Come Here By Myself And See All The Games That They Have and The Only Game That I Got From There Was Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing For The Nintendo DS and Despite Me Being a Fan Of The Sonic The Hedgehog Series I Decided To Get This Game For Just $25 Which To Me Is a Win-win and That I Really Love The Sonic The Hedgehog Series and So All & All This Place Was Quite Worth It For Me and I am Quite Happy That I Got Sonic The Hedgehog Game For The Nintendo DS.

I came in looking for a game boy and ended up leaving with a mini Super Nintendo that came with a bunch of retro games. He was extremely helpful and gave some suggestions of games to play. Fantastic experience: We stopped by Hey Bros!! Video Game Store at Trader’s Village today, and it was such a fun experience. They carry an amazing selection of both new and retro video games that instantly brought us back to the good old days. Our main reason for visiting was for our son, who’s really into collecting Pokémon cards. The owners, Mousa and his wife (apologies for being bad at remembering names!), were incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to look through our son’s collection, and even gave him tips on how to preserve his cards. He was thrilled to come home with a full-art card from their binder. Although Trader’s Village is open only on weekends, the store itself is open every day. If you’re into video games or Pokémon card collecting, I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly and before I walked in the building the owner greeted me and was very friendly! The hospitality towards me and other customers really stood out and I plan on coming back with my buddies to check out more games. I had to let go of some of my personal video game collection (mostly pokemon stuff from my childhood) and decided that I would give the folks at Hey Bro Videogames a shot at the trade. Granted the used video game market can vary place to place, online to in person, the owner Mousa gave me very fair prices for what I brought in. Exactly what I was hoping to get for both the sentimental value of my collection and the monetary value. It can be hard to let go of the past but if you ever have a need to let go of your collection, give the folks over at Hey Bro Videogames a shot.

Fantastic experience: I walk in. Immediate vibes. The store presented as if it was a hole in the wall and a diamond waiting to be found amongst coal. I was able to get t a great deal on this PS5 Pro BFG controller practically brand new. They let me observe and test the controller on sight and kindly let me download a FPS to their display console to test the controller and see if I wanted it or not. Golden I would recommend this store to anyone and absolutely come back again for business.
