Positive experience: The selection of games and collectibles here is impressive, with plenty of new releases and some rare finds. However, the staff can be hit or miss—sometimes really helpful, but other times not so much. Overall, a decent place to shop if you're into gaming.

Negative experience: Went in with my wife and son this afternoon and got completely ignored, despite asking for assistance and pricing. The heavy set, balding man in the loud print button up working the counter couldn't have been less attentive if he tried. He cared more about the guys coming in for trade ins than the people there to actually spend money.

Negative experience: Denied my service animal. Then corporate response reinforced this illegal decision. I just don't deal with them anymore, they're too incompetent.

Negative experience: Great place until you get to the check-out and they sneak there game protection plan. Bought 2 old games, they ring me up and they add there protection to the total without asking me, claming is part of the "sales price".

Negative experience: Came in tonight to pick up a new headset for my son and it’s 645 pm and I have been standing outside waiting to go in due to the store being closed for lunch with a taped yellow sign on door. Can see employee inside at the counter on the pos or computer but he has not attempted to inform me when they will be open again and no time is listed on the sign. I understand maybe he is the only employee and I know he has to take a meal break but to just not say anything to a customer waiting at the door is ridiculous or maybe put the return time on the sign next time? Completely unacceptable

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service. Pre ordered the new spider man game. For the past 5 years their pre orders have always been held at 9pm and they even called me the day before saying that it's gonna be held at 9PM. I drove all the way there just for it to be closed with 3 people outside waiting. And when the employees came out to leave a guy was trying to talk to them but they completely ignored him. Safe to say I won't be pre ordering here anymore

Fantastic experience: I’ve made so many purchases at this location on Trinity Parkway for my grandchildren and have received nothing but top notch customer service, whether it be in store or over the phone. I was just on the phone with Anthony (I hope I got his name correct) who helped me understand purchasing a new vs used Xbox and the warranties that come with it and also an extended warranty for a year. It’s a rarity you get this kind of service these days and just wanted to say that I appreciate you. Thank You.

Negative experience: I received a voicemail and they told me my preorder game was ready at 9pm. I went there and they were closed. I called them after 9pm and the employee told me they only wait until 9:10pm, and then they close the shop for good. Next time, please be “specific” on what time you guys “closed” for pre order pick up.

It was toward the end of the day and the Rep working said “come back tomorrow it’s to late today”. I couldn’t believe it, I also work in retail and stay until we get the job done. I’m extremely disappointed

Negative experience: If you can avoid going to a GameStop you should, especially this one the manager I usually see there is rude and GameStop is the worst company with returns, they rip you off more than any store too. I tried to return a $7 cord that 20 days after the purchase and he said he couldn’t accept it because it looked used.

Negative experience: The worst experience while buying Cricket Wireless. The Bimbos there are more concerned with tatoos and munching on fast food, they forget about customers. They were so incompetent, I was forced to get a new phone number. I was the first customer there and waited almost 3 plus hours. Thankfully, Cricket Wireless is pulling away from Gamestop. I have no problem with Gamestop, just their bimbos with a million tatoos. Their male employees seem to know what they are doing.
