Fantastic experience: I don't come to this location that much. Like once in a blue moon. But I was looking for some games and picked up a couple of gems here. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the latest and the greatest stuff. They do ask if you need help and that's always a plus. I'm happy to see that Games Stop are carrying older games again. That's a huge win in my opinion.

Negative experience: Gamestop the official scalper - due pokemon demand instead filling demand they double the selling price from msrp , they try to make big profit and that will backfire once stock available everywhere. Last night March 31 target drop like 40 items online at msrp price all sold out including ascended heroes bundle $29.99 , Perfect order $59.99 n all product at msrp. Why would I go gamestop they acting like scalper who sell aftermarket for double the price that's easy way to go down hill I promise there will not be any saver second time like " wall street hype" that save ur company from going out of BUSSINES . Stop being greedy , you will already lost our trust . Stop scalper price n help community's with demand. Because demand will end look at " perfect order set" that not going sold-out instead. Even target had hard to time to" sold out" that PO stay available for like 1 hour , meanwhile other products like ach , first partner sold out within 5 seconds to 5 minutes.

Negative experience: These guys suck there selling pre owned games full price and membership is wack that's why shopping online is the same and cheaper and better that's why Game stop is closing nationwide jokes on them..

Negative experience: Alot of stuff is overpriced.

Fantastic experience: Ferris at the front was so kind & helpful. We inquired about a game & they unfortunately did not have it in stock. We kept browsing the store and she came up to us with a piece of paper of all the stores in the vicinity that had the game in stock, & we didn’t even ask her to do that. She was very thoughtful & we appreciated her going the extra mile for us :)

Negative experience: Was sold refurbished PS5 that freeze on every game they sell you trash just to make a profit. Go anywhere other than here it's a scam.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, got what I needed and I was in and out in 15 minutes

Negative experience: Went in for a gaming headset for my son. There were two people behind the register another woman walked up around the same time as me and the young lady behind the register began helping her. I stood there for a few seconds just kind of waiting for the guy behind the register to help me but he never offered. So I asked him if he was able to assist me to which he responded “what” in a very rude way even scrunching up his face. So I repeated myself “were you able to help me”. This time his response was “are you done” (shopping) I told him what I needed help with, and he grabbed me a headset, but he grabbed the wrong one so I told him I wanted the cheaper one of that same brand which seemed to annoy him further. I proceeded with checkout, very quiet and awkwardly, and then left. I find myself wondering if this kid knew he was in customer service or not. And if his job wasn’t to check people out then what exactly is it that he’s being paid to do and why was he just standing there behind the register singing ghetto songs out loud for customers to hear….. Do better!

Negative experience: I called up to inquire if they had any "N64 games" Thomas's reply was "what is a N64?" Come on GameStop step your game up

Fantastic experience: Mair was super helpful and kind. She answered all of our ps5 questions and then explained in detail the difference between the digital edition vs hard drive edition. Impeccable customer service!!

Negative experience: Called earlier for assistance on a warranty that I have, a woman answered the phone but hung up afterwards, I called again too see if maybe she hung up on accident but no one picked up, terrible customer service

Positive experience: Bought a product at this location at full price just find it online and at another location on clearance. Plus they need to update their hours in Google, went there at 7:25pm on a Monday and were closed.

Fantastic experience: This workers were really helpful I feel very welcome, and for those haters that have half brain would say otherwise.

Negative experience: I waited 25 minutes for the employee to do an exchange for another customer and 4 other customer's in front of me walked out for waiting so long . I decided to do the same, never did she acknowledge any of the other customer's or me to apologize for the wait or just say " I'll be right with u"

Positive experience: They have nice games and offerts like buy 2 and get 1 free, but if you compare the prices of the games with Walmart they are like 10 dls higher, so you won't get a "free" game

A new leasing program is available for purchasing which can definitely help with the more expensive buys. New stock regularly on all games and systems. Definitely recommend a visit next time you are visiting the mall.

Overall it's a third best in town, the one on Hammer lane being second and at the top of the list the Game stop in college square on March lane in the shopping center next to Urban fit.

Negative experience: It was never the best place when looking for PC games and definitely isn't good now since I dont see them carrying anything for PC. Most likely caused by services like Steam and GOG. Games from XBone and PS4 decently varied. Staff is normally pretty helpful tho.
