Fantastic experience: Really good service

Negative experience: My kid went to buy a pack of cards with his birthday money got the wrong pack didn't open it and had the receipt went back 20 mins later they wouldn't return it smh do better gamestop

Negative experience: Unwelcoming Service No greeting when we entered, and the employee seemed uninterested and annoyed when I asked for help with a return. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed similar attitudes at other GameStop locations—staff who appear bothered to assist or simply aren’t courteous. I had planned to use my return toward a new console, but the poor service changed my mind. I got my refund and left.

Fantastic experience: Was doing a little window shopping today and was surprised to see a video game that I've been looking for. Also it was pretty cool to see some Star Figures as well. I'll have to comeback soon to get some. I also like that GameStop has brought back some retro games for the Xbox 360 & PS-3 respectively. That's awesome that they are selling those games now.

Fantastic experience: Clean and organized Gamestop location. Staff are professional and helpful whenever we visit. Kid friendly and a lot of selection. Would recommend looking online to see if your item is stocked. Even if you're not a gamer, the staff will direct you to what you're looking for. The area doesn't have a lot of parking near the building. However, a little down there is plenty. Weather it's handicap ♿️ parking they have. If you do park close to Gamestop, it's very tight, so becarful backing up. On the back side of the store near the street has a lot of homeless pan handlers. So I would recommend avoiding it.

Negative experience: The used video game selection was very limited, especially for the PS5. That was quite helpful but the prices for new games was in some cases higher than what Walmart charges

Negative experience: I would normally give this place 5 stars, as the customer service is great, place is always clean, and staff is very helpful. However, it is frustrating to see that the store hours posted online say that they close at 8pm, when in actuality they close at 7pm. If my children weren’t such patient kids, and/or we lived farther away, this would be a 1 star review. Please fix your store hours to reflect the correct closing time. Other than that keep up the good work!

Positive experience: The store had a little of everything, which is kinda cool but also frustrating if you're there for games and not coffee mugs or clothes. They also have a very loud, annoying recording play 2x whenever the door is opened about the being monitored.

Fantastic experience: I go to game stop all the time just to look around and see what's new. If I'm in the area I stop to see whats new and make any pre-orders. You can preorder anything that the sell like games, figures, statues, Pokemon cards and more. The best part is you can pick it up in store or have it shipped to you house.

Negative experience: I went in this afternoon and feel that the cashier was not interested in taking care of the customer. She was more interested in stealing from the customer- $26.00 to be exact. She could’ve done a better job of looking out for the customer, which brings customers back. In this case, my family, and friends I share this with, will never return.
