Fantastic experience: A well stocked and organized store with a lot of clearance merchandise and knowledgeable staff. Check 'em out.

Negative experience: Goggle says close at 9 and there are two gentlemen working inside the shop chit chating smiling laughing. The security fence is down we tried calling and no one picked up and they continue to laugh. The automated machine said sorry they are busy assisting other customers.

Negative experience: I want to make it clear that the employees at this GameStop are typically great and go above and beyond. I collect Pokemon and also grade cards so for years GS has been my go to store. The employees are always helpful and engaging. My main gripe is what they started doing with their pricing, particularly of Pokemon TCG products. They have basically become the scalper. They are charging nearly double for an ETB, and currently with the new set coming, they are charging $10 a pack for preorders. The Charizard UPC is double what Costco is doing. Nearly everything is a 50%+ markup. It's both ridiculous and disgusting how they are taking advantage of their customers and frankly the Pokemon Company should not allocate them any more product since they are basically scalping. Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, and Target don't behave as poorly, so GS needs to do better. I know that they don't control pricing at a store location, but I just wanted to voice my displeasure with these price gouging tactics.

Fantastic experience: MoD was super nice, though my clumsy butt knocked down their peghooks and giftcards by mistake; they weren't mad at me at all, just asked why I'm destroying their store(fair enough lol). The people who work here do go above and beyond and are extremely great helpers, if you need help just ask and they'll be more than happy to do so

Positive experience: This place has a lot more video games than most gamestops do nowadays which was a nice refresher. Didn't necessarily find anything to take home, but had some fun conversation with the staff.

Negative experience: 2 employees in the store, 1 customer in front of me, waited for 30 mins and walked out. Ridiculous customer service neither employees even acknowledged me

Negative experience: This is a small, sandwiched GameStop with a decent selection of games, but the customer service is lacking. The staff seems disinterested and not very helpful, which makes the shopping experience less enjoyable.

Negative experience: Unfortunately latley this GameStop has bad rude workers who don’t answer the phone and always give you attitude when you ask a simple question .. i used to love this GameStop but unfortunately the workers latley ruin the game buying experience

Negative experience: Employee was rude; not willing to help me figure out if a card was even worth sending to PSA. Employee had a "I don't know & I don't care" attitude. Stay away from here; go to PokeTable or Sparks Trading Cards on Pershing Avenue (Same building) instead for your card needs!

Negative experience: I purchased a brand new Xbox controller with warranty the left stick did not work on it when I tried to return it they wanted to give me a used controller I purchased a brand new controller why would I accept a used controller

Fantastic experience: I've been in and out of this Gamestop location several times over the past few months since recently moving to the area from Florida. Every time my fiancée and I go in, we are given 10/10 service. This is our Gamestop even though other locations are closer.

Negative experience: Way over priced on items still and literally give the lowest offers on any game you try to sell back. Why two stars I have no idea maybe cause they keep a good amount of games in. But seriously your better of buying anywhere else.

Negative experience: Do yourself a favor and never dont you ever ever trade in any of your games or consoles to them. They will rip you off harder than you have ever been ripped off in your entire life. And dont buy no membership with them either.

To get a game for sons new Play Station 4 console. They only game me $2.30 trade value. back.SELL IT VALUE option WAS $2.10. I Pristine condition with original receipt and store bag too!! I was mad.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt so welcome in a game stop. No real pressure and I was guided through exactly what I wanted and was given some good options, but at the end of the day Adrian delivered more than I requested. He informed me a little bit with any and all questions that I had in regards to my interest and I can’t wait to come back. Thanks for all your help Adrian, and I hope my future visits are if not just as great, even better.
