Negative experience: Just pulled up here at 5:30 pm and no one is here on a Tuesday evening …

Fantastic experience: For the last year or so I really thought this store was going to fail/close down bc of how bad it had gotten. But went in this evening, about 30 mins before closing (normally the door would already be locked) and it was great.. Reminded me of how GameStop used to be. Bradley was extremely friendly, patient and helpful! Really hoping it continues!!

Positive experience: Little crowded but about normal for a video game store

Positive experience: I looked online for the store to make sure I was headed for the right one, and it told me the store closed at 7pm. I got there by 6:30pm and the guy wasn't in there. I walked back to my car confused and then checked again and the guy had popped back out inside the store. Apparently this store's closing hours don't match the online times. If anyone wants the real opening/closing times, I took a picture of the sign outside. I hope this is helpful because I definitely got some weird stares from the dude inside.

Negative experience: Came here today 11/14/23 the open sign is on however the door is locked!!!! The sign on the door says, 11am-7pm it’s 6:30pm and the store isn’t open!!!! This is bad for business!!!!!

Positive experience: Why does this store chain still exist in the current year, I'm not sure. I buy the yearly pokemon game and get hassled to buy anything else the entire time. I get it, you're a store and a store needs to sell things, but please stop.

Negative experience: Individual behind the counter asked me if I had called for a game. I was honest and said no. After that he told he me had two people driving from “across the state”, and had set the games aside. I asked if he had a phone number, when they would be there, or if they had made a deposit to which he said no. A paying customer in the store was turned away for someone that was “coming by today”……At 7pm. Good luck hiding the game I ordered for delivery from my home which is the closest to your store.

Fantastic experience: I go to GameStop for the games but I continue to visit for the excellent staff that seem to be at almost every location. From game knowledge, updates, and new products and game extras, they are the encyclopedias of gaming at your service. All courteous, helpful, patient, problem solving, and cheerful and leave you feeling like there's someone looking out for you and doing their best to make sure you leave completely satisfied! Rare nowadays to find a company like this!

Fantastic experience: I went in Monday morning right when they open, the guy in there it was really nice. I explained to him that I was only browsing to see what my options were for headphones, and he still treated me with the respect as someone that was in their spending money today. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel like I was aggravating or bothering him. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was clean and the appearance was great. I will definitely be going back in here. Also they have a wider selection of collectibles that I didn't realize they carried. It's a really awesome store.
