Negative experience: Not good coz it closed back in Febuary.

Positive experience: Sons favorite place

Fantastic experience: They are closed permanently but for some reason Google keeps denying my update. I’m including two photos of the sign at the front door and the missing storefront.

Negative experience: This is the 3rd time I’ve driven to the store, and it’s closed with a sign that says “staffing” or “at lunch”. The last time I went in a lady just sat there playing with Pokémon cards and was no help at all. But I would have taken a bump on a log as long as they at least open, this place is so poorly ran, and I’ve seen its decline over the past 5 years, to the point it’s almost worthless.

Positive experience: I made a special trip but on 9/13/24 but they were closed 15 minutes early. Otherwise, it's a regular GameStop but the employees here are always knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Negative experience: Higher ups made employee stay open with broke AC in almost 100 degree weather. Absolutely ridiculous!

Negative experience: I went in to get a game I had pre ordered. the employee that was there was arguing on the phone with what I assume was a manager about the return they were doing for around 15 minutes. once it was my turn I told them I got the game for ps4 and she game me ps5 instead. I should have looked but I didn't because I assumed that they heard me say ps4 and they repeated back to me ok ps4 and was given the wrong thing. over all bad experience with it. the only other time I've been in the store with another employee it was fine. so I guess it's luck of the draw for if you get a good employee

Negative experience: Mark was extremely rude on the phone while customers were in the store. He was being disrespectful about another employee saying she never gets things done because she won't stop talking and then telling that person she needs to shut up! He needs to brush up in his manners. How disgusting.

Negative experience: Irritating. I had a return so I called at 8:20 to see when they close and the lady told me 9 and I said “cool im right down the road I’ll be there in 5 mins” and she says “ok I’ll see you then.” I get there 5 mins and the door was already locked. So I knocked and that’s when I made eye contact with the lady who proceeded to walk away behind the counter and disappeared. I stood out there until 8:50 until I gave up. I get the fact that I came in a half hour before close, but don’t tell me “ok I’ll see you then” just so I can waste my time and drive there to a locked door. Sad..

I know that isn’t necessarily a high bar, but this is the friendliest, most knowledgeable and just all around best GameStop there is, and is what others should strive to be more like. Feels way less like a corporate chain and more like a local business.

Fantastic experience: I would first off like to apologize to this location for my anger a few months ago over Pokemon cards. The staff did not deserve a 1 star because of corporate being corporate or whatever. They are the most helpful group of folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and even in my anger I received service with a smile even though I was being a douche Rocket. I am sincerely sorry and appreciate the professional approach these men took.

Fantastic experience: The staff working Wednesday before Christmas was amazing. They interacted with my son and asked him what he was looking for and were able to carry on a conversation about Funko Pops and Fortnite with him. Were very knowledgeable in their products and did their best to get us what we needed. Very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: These guys at Anderson are always so courteous and very helpful. They treat my son awesome. Which is so great because he is a little shy, but getting better at asking for help over the years, and these guys are so cool. Bravo to whomever hired them.

Negative experience: One of the bigger game stops, man behind thw counter not friendly, no customer service! Me and my son were the only ones in the store, as i approached the counter he took a phone call and continued the phone call for more than 3 mins, hung up, just looked at me never said a word to me! Not one word! No hello, no how are you, no find everything you needed (which we didnt and settled for something else bc of the lack of customer service) no thank you, no have a nice day, nothing, not one word. We both left saying he wasnt very friendly, ended up being a lesson for my son, customer service is key! We would have spent more money but with no customer service we decided to move along. This was our first time at this location, not going to be our last, will give it a second chance, maybe he was having an "off" day. So we shall see....

Staff members really when the extra mile to ensure I got to maximize the deal that made it a huge relief on my wallet. Customer service and communication was on point So much so that I had to share on Google.

Negative experience: Walked in. Woman helped two people who walked in after me first, talked to one for about 10 minutes about nothing video game related. Proceeded to get one of their phone numbers after the transaction was finally completed. Than tells me I have to come back the next day cause my trade ins are brand new and “she’s on camera”. I’ll never go back.

Fantastic experience: I failed to get what I needed from the GameStop in Bridgewater Falls (intersection of bypass 4 and princeton road) so after work one day I checked this Gamestop. They did what the other Gamestop wouldn't. They were able to get me a game from a different gamestop and didn't bat an eye. The staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help me out. Would recommend.
