Negative experience: Poorest customer service I've experienced in a while. Never felt uncomfortable to be conducting business in a Gamestop before this morning. Employee had 0 enthusiasm and looked visibly irritated by me being in the store and talking.
Negative experience: Why are they so rude here? It’s like they are upset when you want to buy something.
Fantastic experience: Was greeted politely and the woman who opened today was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She was also knowledgeable as I did not know the xbox x/s controller is compatible with an Xbox one! Thank you for not making me go to Walmart
Fantastic experience: the sales rep took the extra effort providing patience when communicating. Her customer service gave my youngest confidence to communicate with her during the entire transaction.
Negative experience: We went in to get Pokémon and witnessed your manager turn down two women that were there replacing a game on a warranty and the other with trades. Ridiculous. Business is business BUT guests are guests. Apparently the standards of management has taken a nose dive within the last two years because this pink haired manager knows nothing on GUEST SERVICE.

Negative experience: They get alot of influx from the "area" but by all means this is easily the worst store to go to. Was given a game that looked chewed on. You'll most likely find what you need while being treated like a pest by the workers. Should get better tho since the main problem worker that worked there is gone.
Negative experience: The quality of customer service has clearly taken a nosedive. I was shocked by the lack of honesty — especially from Faith, who blatantly misled me. It’s obvious that customer care has taken a backseat to hitting metrics. As someone who’s worked at GameStop for years, I can spot insincerity and empty sales tactics from a mile away. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to respect devolve into this. Please, do better.
Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came in. Staff was incredibly helpful. Really enjoyed talking to Trey about my gaming experience. And, uh, looking forward to coming back here in the near future with my new PS5 purchase. They also sold me Assassin's Creed Shadows. And, uh, from everything I heard, it's just like the old Assassin's Creed before Mirage, and I'm excited about the new game. Thank you, Trey. You were the man in helping me figure out what I wanted in my purchase, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again, brother. You're the man. Thank you.

Negative experience: They open the store late, 100% of the time. Not a single employee here can ever show up to work on time to open the store when it's supposed to open.
Negative experience: Usually love visiting GameStop but had an absolutely terrible experience. When checking us out, the person checking us tried to slip it under the table that he would be charging an extra $25 to renew a GameStop Pro membership. When we told him that we weren't interested he proceeded to forcefully guilt trip us into paying for it, including reviewing our previous purchases on the account to prove our shopping frequency. Usually I would be understand of some pushy sales, but this was over the top and childish.
Negative experience: Store is placing no limits on Pokémon items, allowing the first 1-2 people thru the door to buy out stock completely at the time of opening. This type of stuff is the reason scalpers continue to exist. Shame on these stores for not placing limits on sales.

Negative experience: I was sitting in home depots parking lot picking up an order so I called gamestop because I could see nobody was in there except an employee named logan. I needed to check if something was in stock in the area so I could go pick it up, but nobody answered after like 5 times of calling. I picked up my order from home depot and drove in front of gamestop and called to see if he would answer and he didn't. He stayed leaning over the counter staring at his phone ignoring all calls coming in to the store. I will go to any other gamestop, but this one because everytime I go he's not doing anything and isn't really helpful in any way.

Negative experience: This location never answers their phone at all and the automated system will tell you to call again later and hang up after ringing maybe 5 times. Also, employees are not knowledgeable on how their own preorder system works.
Fantastic experience: I was disappointed that there were no YuGiOh cards, but my twin sister found a switch game she was looking for here and we both always like to come to GameStop for video games. It is our go-to store for video games or things related to them! Would reccomend for anyone that has kids that love video games or for any older gamers.
Fantastic experience: Great, clean store with a friendly staff in a convenient location. Very helpful and will bend over backwards to get what you are looking for. Large selection of games, consoles, collectibles, and other hard to find items. If they don't have it, they will order it for you and ship it to your house. They also buy back old games, consoles, and even phones. I recommend becoming a member for a small annual fee and you get access to lots of benefits. Must stop!
Fantastic experience: Great Staff, Dylan and both of the other staff were super friendly and helpfull! Store is fully stocked, and I easily found everything I was there for, including my new Christmas Sweater! Appreciated the knowledgeable recommendations Dylan and staff made! Gamestop has certainly grown beyond a (not my words, overheard) "used cartridge" store to a world class hardware, software, and gift store. My Gamestop tshirt (the $30 one i got for $20 last year) is still the most comfortable tshirt i have ever owned! What a company! RC is MGGA! Power to the Players!
Negative experience: Their PS5 packages are a scam and they conveniently lowered their return policy to 14 days for the holidays. Avoid this store at all cost.
Negative experience: I have used GameStop for years; this location is the worst run store I have ever delt with. Absolutely No Customer Appreciation or Service. They screwed up my purchase for instore items twice and my ordered items also with no accountability or help towards resolution of the problem. I highly recommend finding another supplier.

Negative experience: Pre-ordered $80 worth of POPS in August. Never received them. Called the store multiple times. Every time someone asked for my name and number and said they would get back to me. No one ever called me back. Now it's November and according to the website they are sold out of the POPS I PRE-ORDERED. Terrible customer service, terrible company policy, just an awful experience.

Negative experience: The customer service person that I dealt with over there acted as though he knew more than me and was literally talking down to me. To this day, he has never returned to me my gaming headset that I brought in with my Xbox, when I decided not to sell or trade it in my headset was not given back to me a d I am still very, very much upset with how he conducted business and attitude with me. This is not a good place to deal with with this man in the customer service position.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for Borderlands Handsome Collection and found they had one new I could reserve. I was half expecting to get there to pick it up and they not even know what I was talking about let alone have one. I was more than pleasantly surprised when they had it, had it behind the counter for me, and then gave me their opinion and some suggestions. Everyone was smiling and friendly and seemed to genuinely be happy to be there. Next time I'm looking for a game, I'll be looking here first.

Positive experience: Usually go to the one in Broussard since i live there but was in the neighborhood. This store has way more games & better selection than in Broussard. The staff there is less friendly. The interaction between one of the sale associates & my son made me feel like that guy was just not thrilled to be there & didn't want to talk to a child. That is why i knocked a star off. Overall tho, the other two staff members asked if we needed help. We didn't, but they asked. I would, & will be back next time i got money to burn.

Fantastic experience: My GameStop experience at his GameStop was absolutely insane(in a good way). My experience with the staff was amazing in store and I had to later call the them over a MISTAKE I HAD MADE and they stayed on the phone with me for 10-15 minutes helping me with my problem while they had a group of customers in there. I’m not saying this will happen to everyone but it’s the general idea of how amazing there customer service is. 5-Stars!(id give more if it was possible)

Negative experience: Worse customer service experience. I bought a new Xbox 1 console and they talked me into buying the warranty. Having problems with a stick on one of the controllers and there is nothing they can do for me i have to buy a new controller. Would not even pull my name up in the system and was rude about the whole experience. Some rude immature kids work in this place.
