Fantastic experience: I've been shopping at this location for at least the past 5 years (it is set as my home store) and I have never had a single negative experience. The staff has always been extremely helpful and they are all very knowledgeable, so no question has ever gone unanswered. The manager, Eric, is friendly and solved just about every problem that I had. This is also a smaller store so the customer traffic is much less than the larger Skibo store and as such I get more personalized care.

He recommended a bunch of things to preorder and payoff before they come out. The store is next to a coldstone, and is a great little shopping plaza. The used selection is great as well.

Negative experience: 3/16/2019 Closing employee would NOT let my 10 year old in store to buy a game card @8:53pm because he said he was the only one there & they close at 9pm. There was only one customer in the store. THIS GameStop needs to work on their customer service! Will not return to this location.

Positive experience: This isn't okay store it is small but they get good stuff in sometimes and the parking is a little Limited with all the other stores around. Otherwise good store with good employees fast checkouts.

Negative experience: I purchased a power cord from the store and they told me they are not allowed to accept it back even with proof of purchase. Isn't that totally contrary to the GameStop way? This is just further evidence that my son needs to stop playing video games

Fantastic experience: The employee grading me soon as I stepped in the door ask me did I need any help and I just told him I was looking around but then when I did need help he was right there to help answered all my questions they need more employees like that one the other stores don't help you that much and he needs a pay raise

Positive experience: This used to be my GameStop of choice in Fayetteville. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know their customers, and would help you in any way. However, the staff and management have since changed. The new staff are not nearly as knowledgeable or friendly as the previous staff. This, for me, has completely ruined coming to this location.

Positive experience: They have a good selection of memorabilia type things and the game selection is okay. The store is more spacious then some of the others.

Fantastic experience: Had problems with a few accessories that i had purchased at a separate gamestop. I was frustrated that it had stopped working, didn't feel like going back to gamestop. I went in talking to a friend of mine about the issue i had. Vincent overheard my conversation and immediately sympathized with me. He did his best to help with the situation. Thanks to him i found myself shopping at gamestop again. Once again thank you Vincent, you really helped me out a bunch!
