Negative experience: This store needs to get new employees. The man with the bleached hair, is one of the most rudest people i’ve ever met. He was a complete jerk. The lady who rang me up completely tricked me into getting a “a free pro membership” which i then later had to contact support to get my money back. 0/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: The manager at this location, Emily, is so kind and helpful. I had stopped in today regarding an unfortunate situation involving some stolen items, and Emily was incredibly empathetic and proactive. Her kindness and the way she is handling the situation makes me feel hopeful that my game systems might be recovered and I feel like I have someone on my side in these very sad circumstances. I haven’t shopped at GameStop in years, but knowing that this company puts people like her in positions of power makes me want to start buying my games from them again.

Fantastic experience: Joseph was great very knowledge willing to answer my questions. He was professional and respectful.

Negative experience: Ridiculous refund policy; not just for this store but as a company in general. They will take your money hostage (giftcard exchange) if you take just a couple of days to try out the product.

Negative experience: Rude store employees! The man at the counter saturday april 6th had an awful attitude. Check the schedule for that day, and replace him with a kinder store assistant.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Ashley sucks. Hire some better employees or get them some training on entering QR Codes manually instead telling customers they can’t process a return without a QR Code image.

Negative experience: The employees and their the last time I went there didn't even ask for if I needed any help or didn't even greet me and said hey thank you for coming to they were too busy talkin and the everybody else they ignored me are used to shop there when I had doctor's appointments but now I don't do that anymore disrespectful and don't have much to choose

Fantastic experience: Kristy has great customer service skills. Let me know all the deal and all the new games and accessories coming out. Answered any questions I had for her all while remaining positive and helping everyone in the store. Solid employee and deserve some extra money on that alone

Negative experience: Changed hours and didn't update. It's not that hard to update your hours and not send a email saying the store is open when it is closed.

Negative experience: If I could give them a zero I would. I pre-ordered tem tem and have been here four times now trying to get the game or refund but keep getting the run around. Last time I was here their store manager told me she'd have it sent from another store ok cool I go in again and I'm told they don't have it and I can't get a refund until their manager is here and that's tomorrow. I will never purchase from this store again

Negative experience: Dirty unorganized and rude is what I’d describe this place there is a roach infestation that has yet to be attended to the staff is very rude and unprofessional the floors are always littered with filth and trash is piled to the ceiling in the back schedules are printed out and given to employees a few hours before they have shift the warranty services is a scam and has so many ways to screw you out of your money it’s not worth the gas or the effort going to GameStop just use Amazon

Negative experience: I don't know when they changed it, but for some reason Game Stop thought it was a good idea to put boxes for games on the wall that are just displays? Went there and with my son for some holiday shopping and they had a "buy 2 used get 1 free". We picked out 6 games to play together, only to find out the cases on the wall are not a representation of what they have, but just a display. How is this a good idea? They only had 1 of the games we wanted and it was only available new so it wouldn't be part of the deal. I asked them "What games do you actually have then?" So they gave me a stapled copy of a list. The people behind me are just as confused so they try to share the list with me and my son which would be great if it wasn't for COVID. They didn't even have another copy of the game list available. I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to put cases on the wall, but we put all our stuff back and left to go to a nearby Walmart where at least I know they have the game.

Negative experience: Was very disappointed in my experience at GameStop they do not offer money back on games what's a give you in store credit either way they have to touch the merchandise and they wonder why they're business isn't doing so well

Wish there were more used inventory, especially Xbox One (We have one that is under utilized and I want to console like the rest of the family) but what can you do? They are always quick to call other stores for you to check on what they have. Hope they get to prestige status soon. We like the late night premiers.

But anyway, some locations have demos of games on real game systems, free to try! And games aren't the only thing that this retailer has to offer. Vinyl figures, apparel, and other geeky memorabilia can be found! I love this store, and hopefully you will too!

Negative experience: They want 35 dollars for a used copy of Madden16 on an old generation PS3, What a disgraceful place to do business. They should be ashamed to be open and call themselves a legit company the way they rob people on buybacks and trade ins. They turn around and sell your USED game for a ridiculous amount. SHAME ON YOU GAMESTOP!! Gamestop sucks!!!
