Negative experience: The manager or employee just tried to steal my debit card information and make a purchase, 5/30/26. Scam store, staff is weird and rude st the same time. Pokémon prices are ridiculous scalpers price. But I mostly collect nintendo switch games, and I have nothing but bad experiences at this store.

Negative experience: Super disappointed in what just happened at this location. Went in looking to see what vaule 2 switch counsels would have for trade in twords the purchase of a new switch 2. One brand new in box the other used oled. When the worker started looking at the new in box he opens everything takes everything out trys to put things back and when the don't fit just slams the lid and forces it shut. He then took a phone call and seemed to be talking to his manager because he kept apologizing for being 2 minutes later even though he was "speeding like crazy to get there". While being on the phone for 5-10 minutes he let's me know my personal oled switch was being formatted and to give him a minute. I then look at my switch and see its being restored to factory settings. I then stop him and let him know I never said we were making a deal I simply asked for a trade value quote. He then panics asks whoever he's talking to on the phone how to back out of it and his only resolution was to turn it off completely and say hopefully that works. At that point im mad I grab my stuff and leave and when I get home I find out my switch is messed up because ot was powered down during restart and he cracked the screen of the brand new switch when he tried pushing the lid down! Do not bring your stuff to trade in here they do not care about it and just assume everyone's gonna take their crappy prices. UPDATE got on it later tonight and all saved data is gone the last 5 years of games is gone. Thanks gamestop.

Fantastic experience: This place stayed open til 9pm on Christmas Eve and I appreciate them! I had never been here before but I will definitely return as a customer! Very Friendly and did not rush anyone due to the time being 9 on already. I felt very welcome! Place is well stocked and very clean and organized. Thank you!

I understand it might be busy, so I waited 30 minutes in between calls. But to get NO answer at all is just crazy to me (I called about 6 times JUST today trying to reach anyone at this location) ‍

Fantastic experience: I called asking for a Nintendo Switch none in particular to which they replied they only had used models. I was calling all around Billings and had no luck finding anything. I get a call back from this store, to be notified they had just received restock of the brand new Oled, Switch which is sold out everywhere. Obviously I came in to buy a console and some games and accessories. This is the first time I've ever received a call of this sort. The gentleman who helped us that night was very knowledgeable and cool.

Negative experience: I called to see if i could purchase a xbox series x with accessories over the phone, roughly around 1000$ worth, i called at 11 when the store opened and did not get anyone til 11:30 i was on the line for over 30 minutes just to talk to someone. Terrible customer service, now i have to go somewhere else to make my future purchases because they value a customer.

Negative experience: I was 4th in line for a ps5 and the 3 disc version ps5s were sold so I was first in line for the digital ps5. The employees at gamestop said the website was down and they would take our names and numbers down so when the website opened they would call us and we could come down and pay for our consoles and by doing this we would not loose our place in line. I never heard from them so I called them the next day and they said all the systems were sold out. I can't believe they did not even get one digital company to sell to a customer that wasted there time standing in line at there store. Terrible experience with this company!!!

The workers are friendly, knowlegable and seem happy at their jobs at all times, the store is set up well and they have good prices, their TV is always playing relevant commentary and reviews on current gaming releases. Their selection is also very good for people looking for physical copies as well as for people looking for older games as well as consoles and accessories like controllers etc.

Negative experience: Haven't been in for a long time but recently went looking for 3ds games for my dsughter. They tried to sell me a used game with just the cartridge for $40. I got the the same game at Wal-Mart brand new for $20! I've never understood why they have so many loyal customers. Their prices are $10-$20 higher than everywhere else, especially for used stuff. When you call them on it they play stupid, like they have no competition.

I wasn't offered the Nintendo Switch bundle here as I was at the mall location, which likely was due to the newer employee working that morning, however, the mall location offered me a Switch bundle and helped get me going from there.
