Positive experience: Great deals

Negative experience: TLDR incompetent, uncaring, and spiteful employee. I miss the old staff. My guy Dawayne did not want work on my trade at 8:48pm telling me he ain't got time they close at 9. My guy then decided he wanted to help. He then tried to ring up my ps5 pro as a ps5 slim. After I corrected his "mistake", he made me press the "confirm" button on his testing screen. I asked if thats policy, he said he feels more comfortable having the guests do it.

Positive experience: This GameStop and peach Street are not the same! the vibes are totally different! Even so, I have always gotten good service at all of the GameStop's in Erie

Fantastic experience: Nasaan was super super helpful with my trade ins! Stayed after closing time to ensure I was taken care of! Very thorough! Extra knowledgeable! Keep him around AT ALL COSTS! Excellent customer service skills, and patience! Great job all around!

Negative experience: Whoever the guy was with the name tag D-wade or Wayne literally acknowledged my presence 4 times when I was at the counter with one singular game didn’t bother to check me out but continued to stock games. Then when another customer was buying about 20 games after the fact that I still didn’t get checked out, customer said you can take care of them and I’ll get my other few games because again I had one singular game he said “no I’ll just deal with you” never again will I go to that GameStop because how hard was it to check out a customer with one game even when the the other customer said to take care of us after a bulk order. Horrible experience at that location. Rotunda GameStop is better very kind and quick and knows how to treat customers

Negative experience: Terrible customer service the employee made stupid jokes and was incredibly unprofessional. Complaining he couldn't play his switch because he had customers. This is my second bad experience here and I'm never going back to this GameStop.

Negative experience: Took my xbox to go get traded in. Said that it would not port on due to poor hdmi port. Took home plugged hdmi into brand new TV and ported on completely fine. Don't think it was my hdmi port or hdmi cord.

Negative experience: I called and asked do you have any ps4 pro they said yes we have 3 of them ok. I come to the store I said hi I just called you guys I'm here to see the ps4 pro you told me you had he said we only have 2 I said I just called you and you said you had 3 now you have 2 wow okay. I said let me see them. the first one a cacaroch egg felt out from the ps4 pro wow I couldn't believe what I was seeing a roaches egg felt out from the console and half of a cacaroch. good job on cleaning the console that was bad

Negative experience: Their online end and corperate end is trash. Literally live to inconvenience you after their website is what caused the problem. Stops after stops after stops. Its taken them almost 2 weeks to give me a refund and im expected to wait another

Fantastic experience: Gamestop really isn't as bad as people make them out to be. Yes they don't offer a ton in cash when you sell your stuff but it's the price you pay for instant gratification. Anyone can say well I can sell it for more on Facebook. Sure but it's gonna take some time and alot of times you will still be stuck going to gamestop

Negative experience: We purchased Pokemon Shield for Nintendo Switch here in January, for $50. Came to swap it 4 weeks later, along with 7 mint-condition PS4 games, and they gave us a $30 store credit...FOR EIGHT GAMES! One of which we just bought at this same store for FIFTY DOLLARS! This place's buyback is an absolute slap to the face. My husband was so mad he walked out and said we're never going back to GameStop for anything. They have completely lost our business for good. The guys over at Bayfront Entertainment are much friendlier, and they treat customers with respect. Save yourself the degradation at GameStop and just go to Bayfront Entertainment.

Fantastic experience: Made sure I got the best price on trades and would let me know if there was a lower amount offered if my equipment was scratched or slightly dinged. Will let you know about promos and give you a solid price since Gamestop is now in competition with digital purchases direct from your console.

Negative experience: Called and asked "do you have any Nintendo Seitches" and was met with possibly the rudest person of all time. I understand the system is in high demand, but the response received was unbelievable and I'll quote here: "So apparently the internet says we will be getting them tomorrow, but their being shipped from one place. And so you think all the gamestops around the world will get them all at once? Yeah don't count on it. Just show up and maybe we will have them then I don't know" and was promptly disconnected. What the heck was that Gamestop? It's not my fault an article said you were getting a shipment and it's not my fault you're an employee of a GAME STORE who might get a shipment of a popular Game!

Fantastic experience: My brother got two fun games.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful. Called to see if I could pick up a pre-order at midnight they told me no and I was like oh well. They ended up calling back about 45 min later and was told they were allowed to sell it now. Was nice that they remembered me and let me know. Stock wise they never told me they didn't have somthing I asked for.

Positive experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They will work all their magic to get you the best deals, address issues with their used product line, and help you out with any questions you may have. This is the only GameStop worth stepping into in the area! The customer service really shines here.
