Negative experience: My son bought a VR headset cable and it was supposed to be sealed new in the Box when he arrived home it was opened and obviously used when he went back with the receipt immediately and confronted the employee named Cesar he accused my son of fraud and trying to steal a new device. This punk employee began claiming he had my son on camara that it was new but the seal was broken. Upon filing complaint with a manager of another store we got our money back and went to best buy a trusted store. Cesar shame on you for making false accusations over the phone and being tuff on the phone but not in person.

Fantastic experience: Service was fast and friendly from the staff. They were organized in the setting up the preorder pick up line. They were courteous in asking for any in line that wanted to make a purchase outside the preorders. The picking up process started out with small lack of flow/synchronization but after a few customers it got its mojo flow.

I was reading some of the reviews and I came to the conclusion that SOME of the people who gave BAD REVIEWS are retards. 1) do you have proof that the employees are hiding the exclusive games? When it comes to pushing numbers on certain products that's everywhere. Just simply say not interested and go out and about. 2) and for the Xbox Codes. If the package was new and never open then that will be a Microsoft problem NOT GAMESTOP. If you bought it used then you should know well that there's a possibility that the codes might not even work.
