Positive experience: This whole company is in shambles... Can't find any games that aren't call of duty or any other similar franchise. And it seems like they're becoming a toy store. They have mostly action figures and collectables than games. Very sad, it's becoming harder to find a good variety of games in town. Might as well start buying online or with the competition.

Negative experience: Was disappointed to say i came across this little shop near the target and realized how much customers dont matter here unless they pay that ridiculous yearly subscription thing ! and its not the subscription thats ridiculous but the employees and the torture they get by the hands of their makers (boss) they literally dont care about you unless you purchase this monthly magazine waste of time oh and 5 bucks off your next purchase who even cares about 5 bucks but oh im able to get a brand new game out of box they call it new, then go back in said shop and attempt to sell it for 10% of the original sale. classy, Dallas classy.

Fantastic experience: Usually out of pokemon cards, but definitely recommend getting the subscription for 10 dollars a year, the value builds up and if you go every month like a gamer, you get 5 dollars of credit (every month). So for me, that's a free pokemon booster pack every month

Negative experience: For years I've taken my son to GameStop and bought from them but now we no longer go there because they invalidated an extended warranty on a PlayStation 4 because he lost the sticker. this was during the height of the pandemic and we had to wait a month before we could even find another PlayStation 4 in town

Negative experience: They never have anything in stock, always saying they are sold out , but then I go and I find it. Very bad customer service .If you are looking for a game don’t come here go to san Dario or zapata hwy.

Fantastic experience: Salesperson was knowledgeable, but did not greet or acknowledge upon entry. Maybe it is preference on my behalf, but I believe employees should welcome all customers as they enter, especially in a small shop. The salesperson was exceptional in all other aspects.

Negative experience: Good luck finding good games under $20. Little alone some of them having lower prices then what they really were. My wife took me there to shop for my birthday, and I found a game I wanted for $8.99... turned out it was over $20. Gamestop is such a scam.

Negative experience: Terrible Gamestop, I just came back from it furiously because my Son tried to trade in a PlayStation 4for trade credits to buy a Nintendo Switch and they didn’t accept it because of a missing label and screws, he informed them he had a warranty just in case of any damages to the PlayStation 4, and they said that it isn’t covered on the warranty. This is ridiculous, the only thing I applaud them for is how polite the employees are and that’s it.

Positive experience: Ok. Just ok. You will find games that are just released, both problem there. But other games that have been out for more than a year, that's the issue. Their preowned games policy is in need of an upgrade. There are many horror stories about how they treat their employees, but this is a review on their service. The are very informative when it comes to upcoming products and reservations. I wish their prices were a but better, not just on games but their merch as well. This is a good place, but it used to be better several years back.

They kept telling me they would CALL those that preordered it every time I called or went by. I saw on face book that some laredo people had it so I went by and they don't have it anymore not even in the warehouse so I asked WHAT THE HELL I never got a a freaking call and you all kept telling me you all call those that preordered!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
