Fantastic experience: Got my daughter’s Nintendo Switch from here! The guy working was so helpful and answered all my questions (which was a lot) and helped me get everything I needed for it. Great competitive prices too!

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite places they always have neat stuff and will help you when you need it good about getting stuff in store when they don't have it upon request

Negative experience: If I could give this location less than one star I would. The manager there is not helpful at all. He sits there on the phone with customers in the store and makes excuses about why he can’t help. Apparently the location does not like to process returns for online orders because it goes against their store profitability in some way. He pretended to call his boss and couldn’t reach him. Then ultimately told me he was the boss when I asked to speak to his manager directly. I only wanted to return an unopened Christmas present prior to Christmas on Dec 1. Plenty of places to get video games and I don’t recommend GameStop. There’s a Walmart nearby.

Fantastic experience: Always good to stop in. My son wanted to go to trade in a controller. The gentleman working was courteous upon us entering the door even tho he was helping two other customers. Always good to see. And he maintained that great energy through out our visit. Him and my son talked about video games, the trade in processes even college. Great to see this from our young men. Kudos Gamestop.

Fantastic experience: I have spent MANY hours in this store, so I can say it is a great game store. They always have the hottest games and accessories. The people working here are always super helpful and nice.

Negative experience: Picked out three games, when I got to the counter he scand the games, "Oh we don't have them in stock". brand new games.. then why don't you do your inventory and take the empties off the shelves

Negative experience: After almost spending 400$ on a used ps4 pro with a 30 day warranty not only a month later did I start expecting problems with my gaming system! Conveniently after the warranty was over the ps4 began to over heat and shut down to all of my games. I recently had to take it to a store to fix this problem and spend an additional 50$. They said GameStop had put something in the ps4 that ended up clogging up where the heat should come out and it was everywhere inside the system. This was very aggravating after spending this much money and not getting the quality I expected even if it was a used game system it should still work perfectly for that price...

Negative experience: Arg! On my 1st visit, the store clerk working the counter asked me to watch the store while he went to the bathroom. Ok, so I guess I appreciate the vote of trust. On the 2nd visit, another customer and I had to wait outside while he went to the bathroom. Then 15 minutes later he was rushing me out of the store because he needed a smoke break. To cap it off, this same store clerk told me I had 30 days to return the used games I was purchasing. Wrong! I only had 7...guess when I found this out? 16 days later when I tried to return them at the Game Stop a few exits down the freeway.

Negative experience: I bought gaming headphones here. I took them home and they did not work. I brought them back the next day to exchange them, and they told me to get lost. Go to Best Buy instead.

Positive experience: The location is terrible. My sister and I went in to get my brother-in-law some items for his gaming system. It took forever to get assistance, but luckily one of the associates saw me trying to get their attention and came over to help after he finished with the customer he was ringing up. When he did help he was very pleasant and assisted us with what we needed. I didn't like the fact that the closest associate to us was talking to someone it looked like he knew but didn't purchase anything. The guy didn't even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there.

Positive experience: So its Black Friday and my dad stayed up all night to just go Infinite Warfare for a 1$ so once he got back he said that sale was only for Wednesday&Thursday.So I said "how it was for Thursday if they was closed.So GameStop make sure look at stuff before you do it because that was some bs.Me and my dad will still shop there but you guys need to do better.

Negative experience: refuse to answer the phone when you are calling, been calling for the last hour and no one has answered. Did not want to give one star but you have to when rating.

Negative experience: The guy with salt pepper beard who is in the store tells me he is uncomfortable with ppl staying behind he behind the counter, and I'm standing at the counter... As a customer should be..very rude and its his job to turn and look for the games what do I have to do with you being comfortable. Get yo life sir this is the job you chose.

Negative experience: I went to this gamestop around 2:50 pm today (5/2/16) they weren't busy at all. I usually go in here quite a bit when I'm in that shopping center. They're staff hasn't always been the best, but they've gotten a little better. Most times when I go in there they always say Hi or how may I help you. But this time I went in, started looking at some games it's not like they didn't see me since I was close to the register. One guy was helping a costumer at the register (don't remember his name), the other guy named "Dano" was at the register as well. There was a guy at his register but he didn't need any help, instead they were just talking. Not about a product he needed help with or wanted but just talking a LOT. At one point Dano got on the phone with a customer, but after he got done on the phone Dano started back talking to the dude at the register AGAIN. Bottom line Dano or the other guy (which I understood cause he was helping someone else) said NOTHING to me the whole time I was in the store (8-10 mins at max). I won't be going back to this one anytime soon unless I have to, if I were you I'd go to the Atlanta hwy one were they actually help you (Ik, crazy right!). Btw the two guys that worked there Dano and the other guy were white, and I'm black. Idk if that makes a difference but I just thought I'd throw it out there :)
