Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I had, It's been shown it is open till 8:30 pm and I went around 8 and I was rudely told by a member in a very rude tone GET OUT OF FROM HERE, When I have asked is there any possible chance to get a game.

Negative experience: I recently went in and bought a game. The case they had out on the shelf said it was for Xbox One / Xbox Series S. I have a One so went to the counter and told the cashier I want the Xbox One version. He said he only had a new one for sale. Fine. He went to the back to get the case, he put the disc in and the receipt in the disc after I paid and I left. I get home and realize he gave me the wrong version, series S. I go back the next day and the girl says she can’t return it because it’s already been opened, but she could do $8 cash. I told her the only person to open it was the guy who sold it to to put the disc and receipt in. She said sorry, and she could do $12 in store credit. I don’t get why I can’t get what I paid for, OR a refund for what I didn’t get.

Negative experience: I was told I couldn't return a defective controller because it was out of the return window. I told her that I have 30 days to return defective items. She said they still would not honor the return policy. Went to the Gamestop on Strang Line Rd and had no problem returning the defective controller there. Don’t waste your time at this store.

Negative experience: So i walked in like i always have, and they turned me away since i opened carried, and they said you can't come in, so it sounds like they would rather me cancel and carry but its ok i been buying games and trading them for years and they just lost my busines and all the other people i know

Negative experience: I purchased a game online to pick up in the store. When I arrived at the store, Cory was helping someone and was very slow. It was a long wait. Go to legends GameStop. Much better customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great staff.

Positive experience: I experienced a disgruntled customer battling it out with an associate about a gift card that was recieved instead of a visa card for trading in a phone or something. I waited about 30 minutes to find out they didn't have what I went in there for.

Fantastic experience: This store and associates went above and beyond the call of duty. They fixed a problem that another store that was not in their district created. They made a 13 year old over the moon happy. The appreciation of the employees at this store cannot be expressed enough. This store is worth the trip to go to!

We had an issue but the manager didn't give up until it was resolved. They also price match so please give these guys a try first.

We called our financial company and GameStop many times to try to get the refund figured out and we went to the store to get our refund and we haven’t gotten a refund yet do not buy from the store

Negative experience: Their employees are reselling hard to find items. Was told last night there were two boxes of Pokémon cards so I waited in line for two hours. Little punk at the front said they were all sold out after they opened. I was first in line

Positive experience: Alright I'm not the biggest fan of GameStop and their abysmal trade-in prices. That said this location has some of the best staff of their metro area. The employees are engaging without being annoying. That's a huge plus for someone who is more concerned shepherding his minions of destruction; children. Also the store has some of the best stocked supplies on action figures, Pokemon, and clothing compared to other locations.

Positive experience: Nice, convenient location. They offer a lot of variety of games for a lot of different game consoles. They also had in stock some older controllers I thought they wouldn't have.

Fantastic experience: You can get games there. They are used but they only take the best ones. And if you have old games or ones that are used that you dont play anymore you can take them in to trade for games. You can take them to cash or store credit but make sure you use store credit while in store so you get more for them

Fantastic experience: After dealing with customer care numerous times trying to get my pro rewards account sorted out so I could actually access it. I stopped into this location and spoke with Gary. He was very knowledgeable and went above an beyond and actually called customer care on my behalf. He was able to get everything resolved within 5 minutes of being on the phone. Thanks Gary!

Negative experience: Was told by them I could trade in a sealed game with valid receipt. Drove 30 minutes to this store with receipt and they refused to honor. 60 minutes wasted plus gas for uninformed employees. Horrible

I cant even play this game so that was a big waste of money and absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Thanks alot gamestop. You are really just a bunch of theives
