Fantastic experience: Joey is very nice and helped me with my PlayStation 4 pro the controller was messed up and the original guy at the original store didn’t seem like he really wanted to help.this is my first game console I’m 32 haven’t played in 12 years and I’m just trying to get my game on.joey appreciate it

Negative experience: Careful of you go here! Check their prices online, they will try to price gouge you! I was there getting Elden Ring, I looked online and saved this store as my home store. Then looked up Elden ring, their site said they have it for 45$ used and 49.99 new. Went Into the store and the first thing I see is elden ring is 55.99 used and 59.99 new 10$ more than the site said they have it. I asked the cashier, who also is the store manager Carlos. He said they can price match gamestop.com. I thought that was weird because I'm AT Gamestop! After looking at the receipt, it says price match for 0.00. And shows it rang up at 49.99 like it was supposed to... this store is trying to price gouge!! Please check prices if you go here!

Fantastic experience: It was good they had the game I wanted. I got Kirby and the Forgotten Land. And they gave me a free GameStop bag. (Like the reusable ones)

Positive experience: After a long drive and a long morning. This location was one of the few that dropped the PS5. The line moved kind of slow but the cashier's were efficient and pretty fast pace. Store is moderately well organized. They were definitely prepared for today.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Rude dismissive employees shady sale tactics. ( Here buy this warranty but when it comes time to need it if you don't have the 1 by 1 inch square or if you only buy 5 items can we look up if you have a warranty or not.) I see why GameStop is having to close 10% of it's stores to bad this wasn't one of em.

Fantastic experience: they gave great advice over the phone actually help me out. and doing that helps me decide what GameStop to go to because the other one I have called before then was no help. when I came into the store they where friendly faces smiling held a nice conversation laughed with me put me in a good mood after the other gamestop made me upset answered all my questions I drove 20 minutes to get the and it was well worth it.

Negative experience: You already know how it goes. You buy the game for 59.99 you sell it back for $3 and they sell it again for $29! I dont know how these places still exist!

Negative experience: This place is complete garbage. The staff is rude and unfriendly.. I made a call to reserve a copy of Assassins Creed Odyssey and when the manager asked for a phone number, he couldn't hear me and said i was "mumbling. If you weren't mumbling i would be able to hear you." I would not recommend anyone to have any contact with this facility. i have had more issues with Gamestop compared to any other gaming store in the TN area. The company should make like a tree and leave.

Seriously, you can't see it from the road so you'll be surprised what you can find in this shop that can only be found by those who already know where it is!

Negative experience: The second I walked into this store, two of the workers were breathing down my neck trying to give me suggestions for games. When I finally picked a game, the cashier spent a few minutes annoyingly trying to persuade me to buy a premium membership. It was overall just an unpleasant experience and a bummer because I had never had an unpleasant experience at a GameStop before.
