Negative experience: they said they closed at 9 but was closed at 8

Negative experience: Every time I came, I found it closed, especially around 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Really bad.

Negative experience: waste of time looking for pokemon cards only for woman with glasses working there decided to buy the rest all for herself and decided to tell me instead of leaving more for the customers stupid gamestop

Fantastic experience: Great customer service..friendly..personable..very helpful ..and informed about their products..Have never left unhappy...but I have only really utilized 2-3 GameStop locations...maybe I have just been lucky..but I am betting at least the majority of their stores produce positive experiences like the ones I have visited...and P.S. Prices are good..and always been able to buy whatever item I was searching for....as in..always have had items in stock..when many places sold out...Okay..enough "Thumbs Upping"..---Keep 'em playin' GameStop!! You a Boss.

Negative experience: If you ever wonder why retail is dying, look no farther than Game Stop! I bought a headset and upon opening it discovered it was broken. That alone is ridiculous. So when I go to return it, they tell me they have a strict policy that they cannot return opened boxes. They sold me a broken product and refuse to return it. Now I am refuting the charge with my card company. What a scam. You can go to literally anywhere else and buy the same thing for cheaper and have the ability to return it. Do not give this company your money!

Fantastic experience: Went in for a late night trade-in around 8:00. Daniel went absolutely above and beyond and processed our trade-in. He stayed over an hour past close to help us and was happy to do so. We were so thankful for his willingness, entertaining personality and positive attitude while we waited for the system reset!! He was kind and customer oriented! Daniel needs a raise ASAP. Next time we come we will definitley be asking for him :)

Negative experience: Not to happy with Gamestop at the moment! Also stood up for you guys but now with ordering a game that supposedly was in stock for delivery.But guess what they took my points and now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money to be credited... I hate I even renewed my pro membership!!! I haven't even got my points for the purchase of my new ps5. Smh this is my last year been shopping since it was EB Games. But not for long! Update: I had over 30k points however I no longer wanted the pro membership. Since I didn't renew it they took all my points.

Zack blew my kids' minds when he showed them a real Poke ball. They were literally begging me to go back so they could show Zack their Pokemon cards. Thank you for the great service!

Negative experience: Worker wasn't great at all. Me and my son was in line behind a guy checking out buying Pokemon. The worker checked him out and he step to the side of the front desk and instead of helping us or even a word. She looked at us and walked over to him and stood there with the guy and watched as he went throw every card. Then after waiting a while for them to get done she walked over and just looked at us without saying a word. I could over look doing that to me but to my son too. Now that's unacceptable. As we walked away my son looked at me with sad eyes and said she was rude I don't wanna come back here dad it's not my favorite store no more. ......

Negative experience: The guy working in the store was on the phone talking when I walked in. I was the only one in there other than him. I looked around the entire store. I was probably in there for a good five minutes. He didn't say hello. Is there anything I can help you with? Nothing. Just kept talking on the phone as if I wasn't even in the store. I don't think I've ever been in a retail establishment and had that happen. Literally, in my entire life. It was amazing. I honestly stayed a little longer to see how long it was going to go without him saying anything.

He was very informative and eager to answer my questions and help me out any way he could. Fantastic experience: We went here to get my husband's son a new Xbox 360 game. I have to admit, the staff was very helpful with finding games for us, and they were very knoweledgable in what games were good, and which games wasn't. The experience in here was great, and they actually did a great job with attending to us, and finding us some great suggestions for rated teen games for a 10 year old child. They were extremely helpful, and we will DEFINATELY be back to this particular game stop.
