Fantastic experience: Three of the nicest, helpful people assisted me and my daughter in a birthday gift for her dad’s birthday. She was able to get him some amazing gifts thanks to the staff recommendations and help. One man went out of his way and looked up a game for me and filled me in on details of its release etc. Bonus win we also scored a Star Wars Grilled Cheese Maker. I mean come on! Who doesn’t want Star Wars Grilled Cheese! Thanks guys we will be back!

Negative experience: I showed up here during business hours and the stored was closed. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Negative experience: Don't come here the service sucks. I come to the store 5 hours before the store close and the girl don't wanna do my trade ins. I just wanted to trade my games and buy a new one and she throw a tempered tantrum like a child so I just left unbelievable. You so lazy you can't do a trade in. Like why work at GameStop if you don't want to service customers. Wish I knew her name so I could be more specific.

Negative experience: Ordered a PS5 for pickup. Store says it opens at 11AM. Got there 10 minutes before opening and waited until 11:30 AM before leaving. Returned at 12:30 PM to the store still closed.

Negative experience: I went to this location to pick up a PlayStation 5 I bought online. Store website says they will be open at 12pm, I showed up at 12 sharp, and the store was still closed. Me that used to work in the retail business, I understand things happen. Openers running late and whatnot, so I just sat in my car and waited. By 1230, the store still wasn’t open. I had to leave for work and couldn’t wait any longer. Sounds like someone needs to be written up or let go

Negative experience: Gamestop took my points away. Like all chain big box stores they cancel your points due to policy changes. Well I too have policies. One of which is never buying anything else, EVER, from Gamestop. Everything they sell can be obtained from somewhere else. Now I no longer have to drive to get what I want. Shame on you Gamestop.

Negative experience: Me and my boyfriend were just killing time and doing some window shopping. So we decided to go to the GameStop here just to look around. We were greeted by two employees: one was standing behind the desk and one was stocking. They asked us what we were looking for and we just said we were looking around like our intentions in the first place. But the guy who was stocking kept at us asking us if there was anything specific we were looking for and we kept on repeating ourselves telling him that we were good and it just kept going for a few minutes until we decided to leave. I understand meeting quota trust me I work in businesses where meeting quotas are important but there are much better ways to do it than being down customers throats and pressuring them and trying to get a deal from them.

Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience today. Autumn went above and beyond for my son and his first Switch. Looking forward to returning.

Negative experience: I visited this store for less than a minute, around 7:30 pm this last Tuesday. My experience highlights the issues with GameStops current business plan. I have been considering buying a Nintendo Switch, so I stopped at GameStop to look at some options and maybe speak to an expert. I walked into the otherwise empty store, and the single employee working did not welcome me. The customer service skills of that employee were beyond poor. There is so much room for improvement for the staff at this location. The employee was not enthusiastic, not a customer advocate, nor had any desire to assist. I walked to the counter and initiated our brief conversation: "Hi, I'm interested in buying a Nintendo Switch" "Okay." "Could you show me where they are?" "We don't have any." "Do you mean you're sold out?" "yes" "Okay, thank you."

Positive experience: Always enjoy my visit. The employees are very nice and helpful, they also leave you to browse in peace if you're not seeking something specifically. They do run deals and specials but some items seem a little pricy but nothing is really outrageously high or anything. I give it 4 stars, but if the prices were to drop some then it'd definitely get changed to a 5 star from me.

Positive experience: Like most GameStop locations, this place has a good selection of new and used games for a number of consoles. However, what sets this one apart are their excellent associates. Every time I've been there, the sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being condescending to me (a 40-something that hasn't been gaming for a few years) or my son (age 8, and a beginner). They're a great resource to their store.
