Fantastic experience: Very nice atmosphere, and kind workers who understand tuff situation and provide resolutions. TV screen that plays video of recent games, there are cheap Pokemon cards for sale aswell. Awesome store!

Negative experience: So rude. The two women in there are always talking to each other and when you dare to interrupt them to get them to do their job they're rude and act like they hate their job. Don't know why they closed the other locations out here and not this one. Sucks to see a local game store go so down hill just because of their employees. Not to mention the weird things they say/do with customers around. I don't think meowing at each other is very professional.

Negative experience: I called the store multiple times with no answer, so I went in person. The employees were rude and yelling, and one refused to sell me a phone because it was at 28% battery, even though it was charged. I was never told about a 50% battery requirement, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. I wasted my time going there for nothing this store need to close down asap

Negative experience: They are way over priced. They say they take trade in for new purchases but they want to give you like 25 bucks for an entire game system with extra controllers, a flight stick, and 6 games. Amazon is much less expensive all tye way around. Dont waste your money here. Buy on Amazon...

Negative experience: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not go to this store. Went in with my nephew to return a pre-used game within the 7 day return policy that he had purchased at the Glendale Galleria. They would not take it because it was “too scratched”. After asking to speak to the manager about it, the cashier said “she’s on lunch, but if I wanted to wait an hour then sure” Super rude. Go to a different Game Stop.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible experience with some horrible customer service. The manager and sales associate(Alex) should be coached on how to address paying customers. I thought the point of retail was to provide a good service experience for customers to keep their business, not drive them away to other places including online ordering. No wonder GameStop is closing so many stores these kind of people will surely ensure the closing of this store and then ruin whatever poor business that makes the mistake of hiring them in the future. Stay away and don’t waste your energy or money at this place.

Negative experience: Shopping for the Pokemon Card Experience is completely horrible and disappointing at GameStop now. I’m not too upset about the rule of being early to get better rates of getting cards, I’m more upset about their “ opening cards at the store “ policy that they’re implying now? I’m pretty sure there’s not an actual rule/policy, I mean hey I haven’t seen it myself so if there actually is then I’d love to be enlightened on it. I do wonder if the company is aware of some stores implying this rule. I get it that the managers probably don’t want to see the product being resell/scalping but I’m just trying to make a purchase to bring home to my family for they can get a good experience out of it. Not to be opening my packs at the store itself.

Negative experience: My 8 year old son went to this store to buy a game , as a mom I was clueless about tge type of game he needed when I ask the lady sitting in front on the cashier she answered like didn't wanted to help us she did not give us the correct info when I ask the second person working there she didn't even give us the time to xplain what I was asking my son touch a machine and she told him really bad not to touch it , to the point custumer services is really bad .

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! I called b4 I arrived to see if the store was crowded and the guy told me yes not knowing I was pulling up. When I arrived there was only 1 person in the store and the employees seemed like they just had a bump In the back behind closed doors. And they had a controller on display i was purchasing and was laughing the whole time while I was making my purchase. And I had to check them cus it felt like a scam. Anyways the controller didn't work and I took it somewhere else to get my money back. I bought 1 from Amazon and it worked great. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH AND THE LAUGHING STOCK FOR ALL GAMERS. Positive experience: They always have good stuff but there's something that makes this Gamestop often unreliable. The employees often steps out the shop. Temporarily closing the store. Making it difficult for me and others. I saw 3 people go the shop today and saw how disappointed they looked when they saw the "stepped out" sign. Myself included. Please, hire more people.

Negative experience: This gs always closes early or at odd hours. I showed up twice last week once at 12pm and around 7:50 pm both times were closed. The other thing is that my purchases on their pro membership only show part of my purchase as if someone is refunding certain items. I try speaking with the so called manager but she was not willing to listen or compare my receipts.

Negative experience: Been wanting to post this for a while now. Finally got the chance. So I walk in the store at about 8:30pm one fine evening. I had about 4 games I was trying to trade in. As soon as the so-called manager saw me walk in with the games I saw a face. Then was met with "we can't take trade in's after 8:30pm. Then I asked if that was a policy? I asked where I can see this so called policy but the "manager couldn't point me to where this policy was displayed. Anywho after having to deal with this "manager" unprofessionalism I literally spent 10 minutes having to argue with her to take my business lol smh. After I negotiated with her that i only sell her 2 of my games and threatening to call corporate did she agree to take my games. If the real management is reading this please be sure to advise your employees that business must be conducted up until the time that closing time is posted. This happened about 2 months ago. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Negative experience: Everytime we come there us only 1 person working. And there is an issue with a customer that takes over 15 min. They don't acknowledge you or move you to another register to check you out for a simple transaction. If there is only 2 people in the whole store it should not take 15 or 20 min to charge someone out. Again this is everytime at this location.

Negative experience: User friendly but not to be careful on thier store information, I had a ps4 I wanted to trade in and I was told it could be transferred into a visa card but when I went to trade it in I was told they could only do store credit and give a really low price for it in cash. Fantastic experience: Preview for October 8th 2021. What can I say the highly anticipated day is finally here. The release of the white Nintendo switch OLED and the release of Metroid dread. I'm not guilty, to say that I was the fortunate ONE to be able to buy the special edition Metroid dread. This is so special because I absolutely love the Metroid series. I'm so glad to see it back and especially on the switch. And especially played on the switch oled. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT IN LINE. Thank you for all the great customer service. Negative experience: do not shop at any game stop its just a rip of when you ask for a game or console they will go immediately go for a per owned one i got my PlayStation from there and my mom was so oblivious we got a pre owned one when we said for a new one the console smelled like cigars also the controller the controller was busted when i got it so i went for a refund they told me i could get a other pre owned one or a pre owned game we left the store the console needed repair the thing that connects the ps4 to the controller did not work but there pre owned games are good sometimes but sometimes with a lot of scratches if i where you go buy your things somewhere else
