Negative experience: Everytime we go in the workers are always so rude. They always have an attitude as if they dont want to be at work. I hate to complain but it has happened every single time we come in.

Positive experience: Decent service at this location. Better than some other GameStop locations in the area. I came here on release day to get the switch 2 and they were the only store that had enough extras for those who did not pre-order. The area can be a bit unsafe but security is present.

Negative experience: Reginald sold me a pro membership on the day that the preorders for the switch 2 opened, saying that it would save me $25 on the switch 2. When I came to pay for the Switch 2, the guy behind the counter wouldn't let me apply that coupon and would not let me apply reward points. They also never answer their phones and are extraordinarily stingy with trade-ins. I had a single scratch on my switch dock and they called it defective and took 75 bucks off the trade in. Avoid this place.

Negative experience: Ive been calling for almost an hour they are lazy and incompetent then they take the phone and leave it off the hook and eventually hang it back up I have 48 calls out to them and the blonde girl is the most disrespectful there and tries to give used controllers to people who buy a brand new one with a warranty and if u need to exchange it with ur warrant ur gonna get a used one if they even have any lazy nerds who don't want to work is what they are they need to learn to answer the phone no wonder they never have people in the store because people don't want to deal with the the blonde and the other lazy ones in there

Negative experience: I avoid negative reviews…but the audacity to bluntly lie is atrocious! General manager should be investigated and fired! Canceled my pre order so he could give my reservation away to himself and friends. GameStop corporation did not cancel any prismatic only journey together. He has the audacity to lie to my face. I thought game stop employees held the honor system. Hopefully corporate hears about this dishonesty and failed store ethics! Pokémon is a hot item, and when managers turn into scalpers they become the problem!

Negative experience: Sat in my car to test my theory and I called the store. Still with no customers inside they don’t pick up the phone. The one person who is only responsible and shows that he wants to work and be there is the Hispanic male.

Positive experience: I've had terrible experiences with the Gamestop in Eagle Rock, California. I actually boycotted them and bought my gaming things off of Amazon or Best Buy or Target. I recently went to the Gamestop in Lancaster, California. Wow! I was amazed at the great customer service I got. I worked retail for over 20 years. Some of that time as a manager. My experience at the Lancaster, California Gamestop was excellent! I'm now a Gamestop customer again, due to the outstanding customer service.

Fantastic experience: Ruben was awesome. Got my one console traded in for the new generation. Effortless and quickly tested everything then got the new system from the back. Experience was great. They asked about warranty and other services but not pushy at all

Negative experience: I bought a used guaranteed refurbished PS4 console.($350.00+) I even paid an extra $15. for the GameStop points membership. The console is corrupted, and games that load won't play. I took it back but for a refund but to exchange well within my 30 days. The store tells me that even though they can see my purchase on their screen and everything is in it's original packaging. I cannot have an exchange because I don't have the receipt.. This is garbage.!

Negative experience: store itself is alright, however online service for preordering was abysmal for me. Ordered demon slayer and was supposedly going to receive on launchday. didn't end up getting it til a week later. I got it same day at best buy. when I tried to return this one the employee's said they didn't recognize the receipt and couldn't do anything for me. Not willing to help at all. thanks for nothing.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! Employee don’t know anything about the amiibo’s nor the Nintendo switch, asked him questions and his response is I don’t know much about anything?! Then why are you working here? That’s your only job is to know about the product you’re selling. I tried to buy a game; they had two in stock, oh he can’t find them either. Dude just clock out and GO home.

Negative experience: The employees here are very rude. My wife and son were in the store waiting for me and people were entering the store after them. As soon as i walked in with my cane she looked right at us and said two people have to leave. She didnt address the three people that walked in after them! Not disabled people friendly! Very rude employees.

Negative experience: Pre-Ordered Astral Chain 2 weeks before release on the GameStop app and I came into the store and they said I didn't Pre-Order anything and that there is a $5 fee for even ordering Pre-Orders so I wasted all my time for nothing. I even have an email stating that I Pre-Ordered the game but alas I do not have it.

Positive experience: Normally a 5 star, but when tested on game recommendation, not too pleased, great selection, amazing staff, but the staff needs to learn the recent releases a little better. Beyond that, this is the only GameStop I would recommend.

Positive experience: I like game stop to a degree at this point. Used Games are pretty expensive and when you want to sell them your used games they only want to give you literally a couple of dollars. Shame how they do these kids and teens . But what ever I purchase my kids games and other items they need for their game systems off of eBay and Amazon.

Negative experience: I've got many problems with GS. #1 they overcharge on used items. Specifically a PS4 controller. $45.99 used when Walmart offers them new for that price. #2 they don't answer phones, like at all. Press 1 to speak to an associate, it has a message that says call back in a few minutes, like what business does that? We tried calling both morning and night with the same response, So now, I am done with this business. GameStop, remember EBgames? You'll end up worst at this poor rate.
