Fantastic experience: Didn't have what we wanted in there store, but gave us a print out of the stores in a 100 mile radius that had the item in stock

Negative experience: There workers suck. I get it's probably not good pay but if you don't like the job get another. This is why the company is going down the toilet. Terrible workers.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to trade in a console and get a new one. I believe the person who helped me was named Harper. Customer service was 12/10! He helped me set up my new console and transfer things over. Definitely went above and beyond. I had a great experience and will be back!

Negative experience: Customer service isn’t there. Too bad the good one closed down. Drove 20 minutes to get a card graded but they weren’t willing to because someone was using it in the back. I’ll just send in myself and cancel my membership.

Negative experience: I went in to buy some cards, and the experience was really disappointing. The employees were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. I asked a simple question and got attitude in return. I’ve shopped at other GameStop locations before and never had a problem, but this one made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Negative experience: I tried this GameStop, I feel, I don’t even know, I don’t feel like I have any basic human rights, I’m going to the one on Lake Forest from now on

Fantastic experience: I went to this GameStop to purchase a simple Funko Pop for my ever growing collection when I noticed the cashier behind the counter. I quickly grabbed the closest figure, not caring which one, and rushed over to the register. There I saw up close the most beautiful man I've ever seen in my life. I looked down at his name tag. "Harper", I inadvertently let out a little squeek and covered my mouth. He looked at me with his glistening brown eyes behind his dark glasses. "Is that all?" He said in a mild-toned manner. I stuttered and said yes before he rung me up. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to this establishment. I will never forget this moment with the most beautiful man I've ever seen. This GameStop provided me with the most memorable experience of my life. Thank you so much GameStop, and most of all, Harper. Thank you.

Negative experience: The white guy with glasses stinks really bad I had to leave because it was a deadly stench

Positive experience: Update: Increasing to 4 stars. I was able to swap it out with another one (full of dust, but the fan worked), but I do think they should at least blow the dust out before reselling. ________________________________________ Bought a pre-owned PS4 Pro from this location. The Good: Very friendly employee who was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. Great location, very clean store. The Bad: The PS4 Pro has a locked up fan and it overheats after a couple of minutes and shuts down. So either they only do a super quick equipment check before selling a used item or they don't do one at all. Now I am going to be out money ordering a replacement fan. If you are going to buy a used console here, I recommend having them set it up and verify everything works for 10-15 minutes before purchasing.

Fantastic experience: Great store and amazing staff! Nathan, the store manager is incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable and helpful! There was a problem with my pro membership account and he was able to get it resolved after talking with the support team. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: We went in there to buy a PS five. The lady behind the counter was very friendly very patient to answer all our questions very knowledgeable and then at the last second my daughter decided she wanted the Nintendo switch. lol and we asked 1 million other questions and she still continued to be kind and patient. We purchased one at a great price. She gave us a great deal. It’s a really good location. Highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Bought a new sonic game and did not like the graphics at all and seemed like i was playing an old game.tried to return it within 2 days and all they can do is trade in. They were trying to give me 13 $ when i bought it for over 60 $ Gamestop need to change some return policies

Negative experience: I just went in because I had been looking for shining fates since the release day for my own collection. My first time coming in and the worker asked me what I was looking for. I asked him if they had any shining fates and his attitude shifted to a very rude tone and to be honest I'm on the verge of crying already because I can't find any. I know that they might be getting a lot of question from different people but I don't understand for 10 seconds of their time they had to be so impolite...

Negative experience: I went in with my kids to get a certain game. They had it on the shelves but when I went to buy it the guy at the counter said he is sold out on it. Im thinking to myself, If you know you don't have it, Why display it? So my son tried to pick another game.The guy behind the counter leans out and says, We don't have that one either. He ends up picking out a game for us.My son looked disappointed at the decision's he made and hardly plays the games he got. This location doesn't seem to have a very big selection of Xbox 0ne Games. They tried to help.Even offered up another location we could drive out to but I was pressed for time. Im not saying this location is bad. But with a few tweaks this place could be better.

Negative experience: 110$ trade value ps4 console 500gb, trading for 1tb ps4 pro console, paying difference. Trade value knocked down to 66$ over a worn toggle grip. These toggle grips are cheap, you can get 8 pairs for 7 bucks online. No thank you for the rip off. I see why these gamestop memes exist now. As bad as a used car dealership. Take your business else where. Better alternatives.
